He made an extra call to check if my battery was still under warranty which it was. The last time I called AAA the technician did not take this extra step. Rancho was sent via a AAA request for a tow since I thought it was the alternator. Gabriel showed up and after a few questions and a look under the hood he said he's pretty sure it's the battery not the alternator. He decided to jump the car instead of just towing it to see if it would start. It did. He cancelled the tow when he could have just taken it to the repair shop. Then I called back for battery service. Antonio shows up in 10 min. Did a quick diagnostics on battery. Gabriel was right. Less than 10 min later new battery installed. My husband broke down in the back roads going to Camp Pendleton from Murrieta. He was able to catch a signal after walking and I had to go pick him up. Once we got to our home I called AAA for a tow and they sent Rancho towing. Felipe was the one to help my husband get his car towed to the repair shop. Our first encounter with Rancho towing is when they called to let us know the status and asked what was going on. I forget her name, but she was very thorough and friendly. My husband met Felipe where his car was and he said Felipe was great! He was so helpful and very professional! Felipe couldn't have been more of a help than he already was. So next time we need a tow, we will definitely request Rancho Towing! read more

Another reviewer said this about one of their drivers: "His attitude was unprofessional and dismissive". I experienced the same attitude with 2 office staff members. I went to the tow yard office 12 hours after my pickup was extracted from an accident and parked in their tow yard. I wanted to see the damage then inquire about where and how to take it for repairs. They are a AAA affiliate, I'm a AAA member. The "Drill Sargent" lady behind the protective glass window demanded ID before I could even look at MY pickup. I didn't have ID because the responding Officer kept my drivers license. I persisted saying it's my truck, I should be able to see it. She walked away simply because I had no ID then sat at her desk! I get the need for ID. At least help me out with what to do next. But, no. She didn't need to help me because the longer they have the truck the more money they make. I already owe them $600 for extraction and towing and $200 for storage and it's only been 12 hours! I persisted calmly and and firmly saying "Hello" and ringing the bell at the window, occasionally repeating "It's MY truck, not yours". A male staff member came out of his office to the window saying coldly "You can stand here all day and it won't make any difference". I accepted that challenge. So, I stood there and continued calmly ringing the bell every 10 seconds. Another customer was in line behind me waiting. I wasn't moving. Finally another staff member came to actually TAKE CARE OF ME. I showed him the accident report. He didn't demand ID. He was the most helpful, courteous and friendly person imaginable. However, I still didn't know how to get my truck 'out of jail'. It's Friday, add $200 more for weekend storage. And get this - On Monday morning they charged another $100 because "I" left it there 4 days so they "had to" put a lien on MY truck. The towing side of this experience was excellent. Getting MY truck out of car jail was a nightmare. read more

Requested a tow through AAA and informed them that my car was stuck in park and needed to be moved out of a construction zone. AAA dispatched Rancho Towing to assist. When the driver arrived in a flatbed truck, he stated he couldn't tow the vehicle due to potential liability issues. He initially offered to proceed if I signed a release form, which I agreed to. However, he quickly changed his mind and refused to move the vehicle. Throughout the interaction, the driver repeatedly complained about the distance he had traveled from Temecula and how he wouldn't make any money from the job. He also mentioned that the company was "doing special stuff" for me. At no point did he attempt to explore alternative solutions or show any willingness to help. His attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. This experience was extremely disappointing. The service provided was unacceptable, and I would not recommend Rancho Towing. I will also be reporting this incident to AAA for further review read more

Called AAA at 4pm with a flat tire. The towing company (Rancho Towing) said the cannot get out there and tow it to a shop before 6pm. All I needed was the tire swapped out with the spare. They informed me that they could not get another driver out there until 8:30 PM. That is unacceptable. 24/7 service? What a joke. Steer clear. read more

Used AAA to have Motorcycle towed from Temecula Harley to my house in Chino driver showed up around 10 minutes before what I was told loaded up the bike and headed out no questions asked! Got home unloaded bike and gave the driver some snacks water,ice cream and red bull for his drive back to Temecula!!
