My Audi has a snapped serpentine belt, and a few flat tires, and he still managed my car and getting it on to the bed of the tow truck with absolute and utmost care. I did not have cell service, but I was able to scan a large hill and get reception. I was able to call in for about 30 seconds, enough time to give my location and trouble. I lost connection prior to payment. Luckily I was able to receive text and the dispatcher for Grim texted me back and let me know I had lost cell service, but he was sending a driver over. I waited a total of 25 min and I heard the beautiful sound of that diesel truck in the canyon making lts way to me. The driver was professional and had a place that could fix my axle, I took his word for it and they were able to fix my car the next day.
