I did not have cell service, but I was able to scan a large hill and get reception. I was able to call in for about 30 seconds, enough time to give my location and trouble. I lost connection prior to payment. Luckily I was able to receive text and the dispatcher for Grim texted me back and let me know I had lost cell service, but he was sending a driver over. I waited a total of 25 min and I heard the beautiful sound of that diesel truck in the canyon making lts way to me. The driver was professional and had a place that could fix my axle, I took his word for it and they were able to fix my car the next day. I am very grateful for Grim towing and my driver / dispatcher who saved the day. I would recommend them 100 percent.

He is right behind me so close but he swerves to the next lane almost hitting a car. Several cars had to slam on brakes!! I wouldn't want be towed by them. Our first encounter with Rancho towing is when they called to let us know the status and asked what was going on. I forget her name, but she was very thorough and friendly.
