Property manager gave me the number to S & R to tow a vehicle so I did. I called around 7pm and again around 8pm and once again around 9pm. The guy answering the phone kept saying they were answering calls and he'd return our call with an ETA. No one ever called me back and no one ever showed. Utterly useless and unreliable. read more

This company is not honest. They lie to you and overcharge. Was overcharged over $100 from what I was quoted and when I complained, I was told to speak to the owner. Of course he was unavailable and he didn't return my calls. BEWARE, DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER OR THEY'LL CHARGE YOU WHATEVER THEY WANT AND THERE'S NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT. Money hungry. They came somewhat on time, a little late but whatever. They seem to change up prices and charges. Driver was snarky.

Wow, where do I begin? First off, Jodie was so professional, accommodating and informative, I was simply going to write a review in regards to her before I was certain I was even going to be using this company. She offered to have one of her driver's check if my car was still on the side of the freeway, however she couldn't get in touch with him at the time. She then proceeded to give me the number to the CHP and advised me to check with them, after looking for my car in her database of course. She told me what info I would need to give the CHP as well which was helpful. What a gem she is and what an asset to the company! Next was Dulce. I'm guessing Jodie had gone home for the day by the time I figured out I really would be needing them to tow my car home. Dulce was very sweet and accommodating. I was able to get my car off of the freeway, but that was it. She arranged for a driver to come to me, but the downside: 1-1.5 hrs later which she informed me of and asked if that would be ok. I agreed. She did say she was going to call me again as well and she didn't, but after waiting about 1 hr and 28min, I was a little irritated and didn't really feel talking again anyway to be honest. Next is James the tow truck driver. Ok, everything (with the exception of the wait and the call back ) went so well, I figured is my driver going to be a jerk or something? Far from it, lol! I couldn't have had a better driver! I was just so relieved when he got there mainly because I was falling asleep, I was alone and it was getting dark, but James had such a wonderful personality! Hey was funny, polite, professional, clean... I was very pleased! He made everything worthwhile. Really what a nice guy and what an in inspiration! He deserves many blessings... the ones he already has and the ones coming his way! I also know it wasn't easy getting my car in through the gate and into its spot, but he did a superb job! They have towed my 5th wheel twice and the driver I had both times did an amazing job of getting us home safely.

My vehicle was in a parking garage and the tow was kicked around by multiple companies not wanting to deal with the headache. After 4 hours of waiting Willie showed up and his truck was too tall for the garage. Instead of redispatching the tow to another company he vowed to come back with another vehicle to get my car. He and the owner showed back up will their personal vehicle and pull my car out of the garage to where the truck could pick it up. Made a horrible situation so much better read more

Last week my van broke down bad fuel pump. I was assigned to S&R towing through verizon roadside assistance. The dispatcher called and confirmed the work order in less than 5 minutes. I requested a flatbed and they were able to accommodate that. The tow technician. Arrived within 40 minutes, faster than the 55 minutes estimated Professional courteous prompt and communicative. I appreciate their service and will call them again when needed. I couldn't have asked for a better tow experience. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I had a tow from them scheduled they told me it would be a couple hours. After 2 1/2 hours I called to find out where my tow was. They told me it would be another 2 1/2 hours. So now I was going to wait five hours for a tow that may cost me another 2 1/2 hours. Don't use S&R if you can avoid it!!! My truck was towed and impounded by these assholes and for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, I was charged $496! Not only that, but one of their employees stole my brand new Yeti Cooler that cost me over $500. It's been over two months, they agree that my cooler was in the truck when it came in, but they still haven't paid for,or replaced it! They used to just transfer my calls until it eventually hung up on me, but now when I call, they just hang up. Terrible business. read more

I was involved in a car accident, the police officer called a towing company, and if you ever been in an accident you know your head is all over the place and forget to ask certain questions. I had no clue as to where my car was being towed. Until the next day I picked up my accident report. I called this company and they had charged me around $414 for just ONE night, which seemed outrageous because the distance of where my accident happened to their location was only a few miles. And in total I had to pay another $68 for another night because I wasn't able to tow it to my house the day it was $414. They're money hungry and will definitely take advantage of raising their price if you have no clue about their prices!!!!!! read more

This company is money hungry! My car was towed because it was in the same spot for three days and I live a quarter of a mile away from their storage lot in Temecula. The car does not run and I was going to sell anyways so I told them I would just sign the car over to them since it's going to cost more in fees to the Temecula police department and fees to the tow company then the car is even worth and I did not have that kind of money. They told me I could sign the car over to them but that I still had to pay the towing and storage fee. I ended up having to pay them about $300 for them to not send me to collections. $300 for them to tow my car a quarter mile! That's outrageous! Also I came in the next morning after they towed it so they only had it for one night. Anyways this company should be ashamed of itself taking money from people like that. I'm a full time college student working a part time job to try to keep a float and they did not care one bit if this was gonna make me sink. I understand it is a business but they really need to work on showing some compassion and not just trying to fill their greedy pockets. Also there were two woman in the office when I went in, one of them was not rude but the other one was extremely pushy and needs to work on her customer service skills. I'm in there paying you, the least you can do is not give me attitude. All in all I would give this company zero stars if I could. We recently had to have our pump truck towed and had to disconnect the drive shaft. After we reached the destination, the driver never reassembled the shaft, which forced us to call another mechanic to do this and cost us more money. The driver also had a very poor attitude when assisting us in the tow, and kept complaining that he shouldn't have had to drive from Temecula to Corona. It was already a tough situation for our technicians, but the service and help we should have received from S&R Towing was completely unprofessional and costly. We will never use S&R Towing services again. read more

This is a great towing company, my insurance sent them the my house to pick up my Harley. The tow truck driver came over and was verny courteous, he made sure he placed my bike on the truck safely and securely and made and took it to the shop. While he was with me, he made sure to take pictures and made not of things that I tcan of him I saw about my bike. Very good customer service read more

Wow! Lee was fantastc ! He came out in record time and was soooo informative and helpful! You should stop sending drivers with the magic touch. After trying numerous attempts all day long to start my car, he put the key in the engine and it started up on the third try. What the heck!?!? The driver was 30 minutes past ETA so we called the dispatcher to see how much longer. When the driver finally arrived he said in a rude tone " I hear you're not pleased I'm late, I can just take off." We said we had been waiting for over 2 hours. Then he told us he would not be able to tow us to the dealer as they were closed by this point & it would be another $100 to tow to another location. He then took 15 minutes to call for approval on different location, all the while acting extremely annoyed at having to do his job. He was rude and aggressive so we ended up telling him to take off we don't want your service. Will never use this company again! If I had his name I would post it as well. read more

I would not recommend using S&R towing services. I had my car towed by the Oceanside location. Once I received my car from them it had been damaged. The company kept bouncing me around saying to call different people to help me but nothing has happened. Three months later my car is still damaged and nothing has been done. Now they want me to use my own insurance to fix my car. The customer service provided has been unacceptable. read more
