Took them 90 mins to estimate arrival, they got here on time and managed to jump start my car. Relieved. Got home on time. read more

4U Towing, thank you so much for saving me a lot of money! They were about to tow my car to one of the mechanic/garage shops because I couldn't start my car. I've tried jumper cables, NOCO jump booster, checked the starter and the ignition and still no luck. 4 U Towing worked and played with it for a few minutes and boom, my car started. Very professional, friendly service, didn't ask for any additional fee, I offered tip but he declined, he said he's happy to help. Just found my go to towing company in the area. Great value, fast, and trustworthy! Will definitely recommend them to family and friends! read more

4U Towing - 4U Towing, 5 service! - Towing Near Me - Murrieta, California

I needed a tow and went thru my insurance roadside assistance. My insurance set up a tow through 4u towing, I got text message up dates from my insurance. I waited over two hours Before a last update said 24 mins away. They never showedup. I received two calls from a number not listed one at 3:32 and one at 3:35. I didn't get the notification until an hour later. I called this unknown number back. It was 4u towing. the man said I didn't answer the call so he cancelled my tow request. He said hes in Murrieta and won't be in my area Menifee/canyon hills for 1 1/2 more hours.Thank God I wasn't stranded on the side of the road in 100 degree heat with my phone dead after my request went out to my roadside assistance. 11:30 to 4:45 is how long I waited. Thank God I was at home waiting on a tow that never showed up. My car was supposed to be towed to an auto repair shop. I don't know about you but if I couldn't answer my phone and I had a request sent out from my insurance, why the heck wouldn't they just continue to the requesting location? They had the address and vehicle information. I have never made a bad review before but this lack of customer service was horrible and in a different circumstance, could've been very dangerous. read more

They came out and jump started my daughter's car! After calling my insurance, it said they were going to tow her car. I got a bit nervous and they reassured me before they got there that they'll try to fix it before towing it. They got there with their equipment and started the car no problem! I feel like they are a towing company I could trust. read more

So grateful for them in a stressful situation! We had a collision and needed to get the car to a collision shop before they closed. The car wouldn't run and the window was busted so it was critical to get it there to be stored indoors. They were able to get it done! And for an affordable cost! Thank you 4U Towing! read more

10/10 quality experience. Called the nice gentlemen up and he was able to help me tow my Vintage Harley Davidson back home after a hiccup I had for a great value. These kinds of situations are never fun but he arrived and was kind and professional and lightened me up after having a bad day and helped make it much better. Hopefully I don't need a tow ever again. But if I do I will be calling this place without hesitation. read more

Got a flat tire and they were sent out by my roadside assistance. They were faster than expected, very helpful and friendly.

I was scheduled for my car to be towed last Saturday between 9-10:30. The Tow truck driver arrived at about 10:50. He was very pleasant and the pickup was fast. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because he did not give my information to the service department were my car was dropped off, they had to look for the info in my glove compartment in order to contact me. Other than that, he did call me to let me know as soon as he had left my car at the service department. I would use this company again. read more

I had a mail in my tire and called roadside assistance with Subaru. They sent Towing 4 U. They guy called and said he would be 30 minutes late. Once he showed up he had no mask on. He messed up my rim and needed help figuring out how to get the spare tire down. He kicked the spare and said yep it has enough air in it. read more

So my car wouldn't start, I call and wait for Roadside, asking for a flatbed if the jump didn't work. This company came out, it did not jump and the man left me!!! Instead of calling about towing me, which is covered, he left me. I asked if I was stranded on the side of the road, would he leave me and he said, "yes." read more

4U Towing - The worst tow truck driver ever! - Towing Near Me - Murrieta, California

We were in a family road trip and had a flat tire on the freeway. We called 4U Towing explained that we were on the freeway and had children with us. Eddie showed up fast pushed us to a safer area and changed our tire quickly. He was so polite and even gave us tips on where we could grab dinner. He made a bad situation a good one. I would recommend them and would use them again if we had to. read more

After an hour wait for a tow, the driver pulled up then drove away. I had a stranger waiting with me trying to help. Even he was shocked that the tow truck driver never even got out of his truck. I called the company and was told my service was cancelled by my roadside assistance. I told them I still needed service and to have their driver turn around. The response I received was "We can't do that because we aren't getting paid." Just wow! The absolute least the tow truck driver could have done was let me know that my roadside assistance was cancelled and I'd have to pay out of pocket. Which I would have. Instead I have a sherrif trying to get a local tow company to get me out of a dangerous location after stopping twice. This company is TRASH! read more

They were very reliable and punctual on their eta. I will be using them again when needed.

I was nervous when USAA assigned this company to me when I needed my flat tire changed out with my spare, because of the low Yelp reviews. I had my 19 month old daughter with me in the car and I didn't want to wait a long time. However, the driver showed up on time, was very nice, and changed out my tire quickly. I couldn't be happier. So thank you for saving our day and I hope you continue to have high customer satisfaction. read more

I wish I had gotten the tow truck drivers name to thank him in Yelp but I have to say the service I received today was GREAT!! He arrived in half the time of the ETA and he helped get me safely to my destination when my tire was flat. I didn't have a spare so it needed to get patched up. He waited at the location until he knew I would be serviced. Thank You! read more

Garbage service. The funny thing about waiting 2 hours longer that originally estimated is it gives me time to give you a review. Original estimated arrival 10:04. Currently 11:50. Now you say you cant provide service, so I have to wait for another company. STAY AWAY FROM THEM IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME! read more

They said they were coming within 60 min. At 50 min called for an eta. They estimated another 10 min. After an hour I called back and got no answer. Someone finally called me back at 70 min saying they were just getting the request would be 20 more min. Slow service and inaccurate times. Driver once he received the request he came quickly. read more

Very pleased with the customer service and they even told me to call my insurance first to see if my insurance could tow it! Don't think other places would've done that so I'm very thankful for their idea read more

I'm very pleased with Towing 4 U's service. Mike was awesome and super helpful. They arrived on time and was very courteous. Thanks again!

Johnny just came out and fixed my tire -he was fast and polite. Def recommend this company.

BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Called to get my car towed to dealership in Carlsbad and the guy that dropped it off parked it between two brand new cars in the NEW CAR LOT, handed the keys to whomever he could get to first and took off without leaving the proper info as required by CALIFORNIA STATE LAW. After 3 days I called to make sure they were working on my car...they weren't because the guy didn't follow protocol and so therefore it was unknowingly kept on the for sale lot. Because of their idiotic and careless mistake they wasted 3 days of my time and when I called the owner he placed blame on Fiat saying they were responsible for the forms...pretty sure it is your drivers job. TOW HERE IF YOU HAVE UNLIMITED TIME TO WASTE. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE & HORRIBLE WORK ETHIC. read more

Not happy with this guy today. Told him my son is a new driver and first time to get tow. After we reach ETA this guy told to my son that he need to push the car to be able to park on the side. So we both got confused and telling us that is not his job to push the car. read more

My car was stuck in park at Costco, I called my insurance for roadside assistance this who was sent. The tow truck driver while very nice and prompt did not know what to do. He spent an hour calling resources only to drag my truck on to the flat bed, rock it off and break my axles. We called immediately within 30 min of them leaving. They were kind in responding but when called to survey, of course it was not their fault. So now I have to do what I did not want to do, file a claim with 21st century, write a bad review and sue them in small claims court. What a hassle. If they didn't know what to do... just leave it alone! read more
