Got a flat tire and they were sent out by my roadside assistance. They were faster than expected, very helpful and friendly.

I was scheduled for my car to be towed last Saturday between 9-10:30. The Tow truck driver arrived at about 10:50. He was very pleasant and the pickup was fast. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because he did not give my information to the service department were my car was dropped off, they had to look for the info in my glove compartment in order to contact me. Other than that, he did call me to let me know as soon as he had left my car at the service department. I would use this company again. read more

After an hour wait for a tow, the driver pulled up then drove away. I had a stranger waiting with me trying to help. Even he was shocked that the tow truck driver never even got out of his truck. I called the company and was told my service was cancelled by my roadside assistance. I told them I still needed service and to have their driver turn around. The response I received was "We can't do that because we aren't getting paid." Just wow! The absolute least the tow truck driver could have done was let me know that my roadside assistance was cancelled and I'd have to pay out of pocket. Which I would have. Instead I have a sherrif trying to get a local tow company to get me out of a dangerous location after stopping twice. This company is TRASH! read more

They said they were coming within 60 min. At 50 min called for an eta. They estimated another 10 min. After an hour I called back and got no answer. Someone finally called me back at 70 min saying they were just getting the request would be 20 more min. Slow service and inaccurate times. BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Called to get my car towed to dealership in Carlsbad and the guy that dropped it off parked it between two brand new cars in the NEW CAR LOT, handed the keys to whomever he could get to first and took off without leaving the proper info as required by CALIFORNIA STATE LAW. After 3 days I called to make sure they were working on my car...they weren't because the guy didn't follow protocol and so therefore it was unknowingly kept on the for sale lot. Because of their idiotic and careless mistake they wasted 3 days of my time and when I called the owner he placed blame on Fiat saying they were responsible for the forms...pretty sure it is your drivers job. My car was stuck in park at Costco, I called my insurance for roadside assistance this who was sent. The tow truck driver while very nice and prompt did not know what to do. He spent an hour calling resources only to drag my truck on to the flat bed, rock it off and break my axles. We called immediately within 30 min of them leaving. They were kind in responding but when called to survey, of course it was not their fault. So now I have to do what I did not want to do, file a claim with 21st century, write a bad review and sue them in small claims court. What a hassle. If they didn't know what to do... just leave it alone! read more
