Vic took the time to check it out and quickly confirmed that the problem was indeed the battery. Instead of trying to upsell me on a repair, he was completely honest and told me that putting money into an older model might not be the best use of my money. He went above and beyond by suggesting newer laptop options that are comparable and available at better price points. Hottest summer ever in L.A. My laptop was overheating like mad rendering it unbearable to use.
