Nothing offensive, not too loud either. I could carry a conversation and still rock to the beat. The food was good. I tried different sauces and would say not one was bad. The spin on Japanese sauces was unique and will bring you back for more. Chicken was cooked well. My son enjoyed the flavor and how thick the meat was. You get pretty good sized wings. Very tasty chicken sandwich--crunchy, flavorful, and filling. When I went they had ran out of the spicy sauce but it wasn't a big deal cause I already know I'm coming back again! My favorite thing to do with these chicken sandwiches is dip them in the sauces before I eat them. We got two different kinds and though I forgot which one I got (my partner ate all mine!!), the ranch was amazing (i ate all hers lol). Quite small on the inside, bordering cramped, but still a great place to sit down if you can because of how nice the rest of the Farmhouse Collective is. We went with the chicken tenders. You get one free sauce per order so we chose the Japanese ranch and the sweet and sour. Our food came out pretty quick. The chicken was so good and crunchy! Love this place! I'm up here once a week. Slowly moving through the menu. The wings are great! Very crispy coating and they're huge! I like the chili crispy aioli sauce and the curry gravy! Both are great for both the chicken and fries. The tenders are also huge! The Mr. Miyagi is refreshing and for me not too sweet. When they had it on their menu the fried rice was outstanding! I've been waiting for this spot to open at the Farm House for a while now so I was excited to try it out! Ordering was quick and easy but the food took about 15 minutes or so to come out. When they gave me my order it looks like it didn't come with any sauce, which I noticed only after some friends got sauce with their order. To their credit they gave me two extra sauces after I informed them of this, seems like they are working some kinks out due to opening recently which is totally understandable. I got the two tenders with furikake fries and overall it was pretty solid. The portions were pretty big and the tenders were generously sized. The chicken was juicy and fries were good as well. Where I will say I was a bit disappointed was the breading on the tenders, which for me is what I really like in a good tender. I found the flavor to be lacking and the breading could have been more breaded and thick. Although it was freshly fried, it didn't stick to the chicken well either and was just kind of okay. The sauces were just alright as well. Overall, it was pretty good but I thought it was a bit of a letdown or maybe I just had high expectations. The service was helpful other than the slight mix up. Love that I can eat at Go Go again, but Riverside is a bit farther away than Culver City. Please come back out west. Please please! Wish they also were still doing their Japanese poutiene fries. Good fried chicken! I like the fried batter, similar to that of a corn dog! My husband loves this place. Wings are delish, would love to try the chicken sandwich sometime soon. I tried the tenders which were a bit dry. The sauces were great! I enjoyed the japanese ranch the most and yuzu aioli. The chili crisp aioli was good too. I wasn't too much a fan of the mac salad. But the furikake fries were nice! Mister Miyagi - yuzu matcha lemonade was perfect & refreshing. I'll be back for the sandwich! I agree that the dining area is a bit dirty and uncleaned. We went to Go Go Bird on a busy Saturday night, and even with a large crowd at the entire collective we received great food and customer service. Before we even ordered the staff asked what type of chicken we'd be ordering so they could batter and fry to order without a long wait time. We ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich, the regular chicken sandwich and a large order of salt and pepper fries. All three were great and we would order again. Both sandwiches aren't breaded, instead they're battered and fried in a fresh and crunchy batter without being overcooked and came on a savory bun. Both sandwiches were cooked thoroughly but still juicy with great flavor. Each came with an aoili on the sandwich and an additional sauce on the side. The aoili had a pleasant heat to it without being overpowering. The fuego ketchup has additional heat to it without losing its ketchup sweetness. The Japanese ranch had a pleasant coolness to the heat without being too sweet. The fries were crisp and tasty. Both came with sweet pickles on the sandwich and on the side. The regular sandwich has a nice cole slaw sprinkle on it for a good flavor. The portion size for both the sandwiches and the fries are a good value. Hate to do this because I love their food! But yesterday I called them at 6pm to find out what time they close and last call to put in orders. The employee said 7:30 is last call and they close at 8. So I drove there from Ontario and got there at 6:45. When I got there they said they're closing and not taking any more orders. I told them I called at 6 and was told 7:30 is last call. Damn good chicken. It's not like nashville-hot style (which I'm not really into) but it's a pretty unique fried chicken style. Nice crispy breading and seasoned well. I usually get the sandwich with furikake fries, and i personally recommend the Japanese ranch, which was delicious. They come with some good sweet pickles too. There's some tables inside but like with most of the restaurants at Farm House the interior is pretty small, so your best bet is the outside seating (which is plentiful on most nights).
