Thankfully, a female employee was much kinder and attempted to help. However, when she asked the same male employee for guidance, he again responded abruptly and simply said, "No, not here," without offering any explanation or assistance. As a customer, I left feeling unwelcome and disrespected. I understand employees can be busy, but basic courtesy and customer service go a long way. The interaction was uncomfortable enough that it left me wondering whether I was being treated differently than other customers. I hope management addresses this and reminds employees that professionalism and respect matter.
