New name same service after 9 years…read more Grand Opening today was great. I ate hamburgers, hotdogs, sausages and pretzels for a snack... more like lunch. The workers didn't try to stop me. I went in trying to find CO2 cartilages for a plunger that my house had in the closet. While workers found my picture interesting... they didn't have any. I continued and ended up grabbing free seasoning, seeds and a free tote bag. Lunch and to some freebies made the visit worthwhile. The staff answered my questions, yet did not pressure me. Ego ? and yeti was on sale, but to expensive for me. The store looked clean and nice for the grand opening.

I took it back to Ace hardware twice, and they would do something to it and get it started. The guy told me that despite purchasing the very expensive stihl motor mix, that I had to empty the tank every time and put new fuel in it. That is absurd and an environmental travesty! Tonight, after spending almost an hour trying to start it, and emptying the tank and putting new moto mix in it, took it back and asked for a refund based on the warranty I bought into. They said they only honor that for 30 days and that I would have to contact Stihl. I have, but have low expectations. Thankfully, I have a 1960 John Deere chain saw that hasn't been serviced in over 30 years, but still starts and runs. But it is very heavy and only 12". Also, I have a huge Oak to cut up! Almost $500 invested and I am still using a 1960 John Deere chain saw. I have always loved Ace but this is something I will not get over soon.

I told him when I was looking for and what the tools were going to be used for and they directed me exactly to the area that I needed and asked me open questions to get me the right tool for the job The staff is always always wonderful to deal with the store is easy to find whatever you need and very clean Highly recommend! I love that it's a smaller store versus Lowe's or any other tool store. I don't feel overwhelmed and I know I can always find exactly what I need.

I needed a miter gauge from this store that their website said they had in stock and I live 2 hours…read moreaway and they was the closest store to me that the website said had it so I called and asked if they actually had it in stock and asked if they could physically make sure they had it in stock and the woman rudely asked if I've ever been in a store before and told me she was 100% sure they had it in stock and that she had personally watched them put it on the shelf and that they had 6 in stock i even asked for her to pull it from the shelf for me and she told me they don't do that. so I went all the way to that store to be told they didn't have it and that their inventory must be off and so I began the long drive home I am EXTREMELY disappointed and not sure if harbor freight will get my business any longer. They should've made sure with their own eyes and put it in their hand to be sure they had it.

No workers stopped to ask if i needed help as there were none to be found, which was quite surprising. I eventually found a worker who was have a personal conversation on his cell phone while he was working. He stopped to assist me, but never got off the phone until he realized he would need to go get someone that actually worked in the department I needed assistance in. He told me he would be right back. I stood and waited for about almost 10 minutes before a gentleman came over to ask what i was looking for. Turns out they didn't have the one i was looking for in stock, and hadn't updated the website to reflect the stock. Besides that, Home depot has all of your home needs.

Her recommendation worked out perfectly for us and we were extremely satisfied. Would definitely recommend this location!
