So happy with our remodeled kitchen from Premium cabinets! Highly recommend, service is outstanding. Installers professional and super nice. Didn't like it to come to an end going to miss everyone! On to the next project with them. Heather went above and beyond to make our kitchen beautiful.

We love our kitchen so much! Candice and her team were amazing to work with and helped us every step of the way. Our project was extra challenging because it had a lot of moving parts, and unfortunately had to be finished up during the COVID outbreak. Fortunately the team was wonderful to work with and took extra precautions to keep us safe all along the way. Now we have a dream kitchen that we love so much!

I wanted matching cabinets for my bathroom and couldn't find what I was looking for. John sat down with me and designed what I wanted and custom cut them to my needs and also made a matching medicine cabinet for me. Everything matched and looks fantastic!!! And everyone I spoke with and dealt with were friendly, curious and accommodating throughout the whole process beyond my expectations like working with friends!

My kitchen renovation was a long process as we worked to get every detail absolutely perfect. It was a complete gut rehab and all the hard work really shows in the end result. We chose Premium Cabinets because of the value, quality and selection, which far exceeded the big box stores and national discount cabinet chain. Jenn, John and team were amazing partners throughout. Details are super important to me and they offered great suggestions and service every time I threw another question or special request at them. The availability of special features like the utensil and waste can pullouts, not to mention a great selection of hardware, made all the difference in planning an efficient space that is easy to keep organized. I love my dream kitchen and I am so glad I chose a partner like the Premium Cabinets team to make it happen!

Premium Cabinets did a superb job with my kitchen and I would highly recommend you consider them for your renovation. I initially planned to do my whole kitchen renovation with a local kitchen designer/contractor, but I was frustrated by how high the quote was, even after making compromises on design and features. The cabinets and labor alone for my kitchen were going to cost in excess of 6K, and so I decided to explore other options to try and find quality without taking too much out of my budget. The answer, it turned out, was buying even nicer cabinets from Premium and then having a contractor install them. I found Premium Cabinets online, and emailed John Morgan to set up a meeting. Off the bat, I will say that John is very knowledgable, friendly, and easy to reach. He clearly takes a lot of pride in running a smooth business and providing great service for his customers. The Premium showroom features a wide range of designs, which are more attractive, higher quality, and (miraculously) less expensive than the equivalent styles offered by big box stores or the kitchen contractor I had gotten a quote from. John helped me pick out a style and then came out to measure my kitchen to make sure my order had all the correct dimensions. For $3500, I was able to outfit my entire kitchen with the medium brown shaker-style cabinets I had wanted. All of Premium's cabinets are full-overlay, all wood (no MDF or particleboard, not even inside), with soft-close mechanisms on all of the drawers, and dove-tail construction. In addition to being nicer, sturdier, and less expensive than the Merillat cabinets I had picked out from the kitchen contractor, this price also included an extra bank of 3 cabinets on the dining side, a set of stacked drawers, a custom-built cabinet for my farmhouse sink, and toe-kick + wood skin to finish the peninsula. That price also included hand-delivering my cabinets, which were very carefully packaged and in perfect condition. Premium does not do the installation, but John recommended a couple of contractors to install the cabinets, and I used one of them to do all of my renovation work. John will stay in touch with you for the duration of your project and will help you troubleshoot any issues that come up. Premium takes a genuine interest in making sure their customers are happy and get what they need. On the whole, I am very happy with how my kitchen cabinets came out, my experience with Premium was great, and you should really considering using them for your renovation.

He brought all samples to our home for us to make choices. He was patient, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. Ben and Kellan performed all the work on the project from beginning to end. They were very professional and extremely hard working! They would take lunch break but other than that they would work the entire day without any additional breaks. They didn't have music playing or take private phone calls either. They were in our home for 8 days and each day they were a pleasure having them working in our home. Our projects: - complete resurfacing of our old white cabinets replacing the doors, drawers and the outside finish. After 10 years, they still look and function terrifically. We can easily go another 10 years - resurfacing of two bathrooms including our large dual vanity cabinets. After five years, the quality and workmanship is holding up and continues to look great - recently, a significant leak under the sink in our kitchen island caused damage to a good amount of the cabinetry work. Jeff was able to remove the damaged cabinet surfaces, color match new coverup material and install everything as good as new! We were very disappointed in the service we received. We started around November, of last year,…read morewith measurements, of our kitchen cabinets. About a week later, Laurie e-mailed us and said Jeff 's Dad needed to come out, and take a few more measurements. Then about a week later, they needed to do more measurements. When Jeff first came to look at our kitchen, he made it look, and sound like, the refacing of our cupboards would be a normal job.He gave us no reason to think the job was going to be complicated. Then a week or two later, he told us that our cupboards, were odd sizes, and he recommended we replace the top cabinets with new ones. He said 12 in. are the standard sizes, so that's what we went with. The cabinets came in, and the refacing cabinets arrived, and sat in my dining room for several weeks. Jeff's excuse was, " This is a more complicated job", He would come on a Sunday, and not come back for 7-14 days, leaving our house in shambles. We let them know we were concerned about how long the job was taking, Jeff's answer, " The job is more complicated." This was his excuse all the way through the project. We asked why he didn't finish the job in 3-4 days, like he told us in the beginning, his answer was the same. He finally said the job was done, and we came home to a door still off, where the garbage cans would go, tile still off the wall, that he said he would fix, and pin holes in the crown molding, that he didn't bother to cover up. Mind you, he asked us to please leave the payment on the shelf that day. In the meantime, the cabinets he put up, left about a 3-4 inch part of the wall, uncovered, where there is old wall paper etc. He made no mention of how we were to fix this area on the walls, in front of two cupboards. There was crown molding not cut right, looked jagged. We had to repeatedly ask him about these problems. It is now February 14th, and he just came back out, to supposedly fix the pin holes, in the crown molding. You can still see the pin holes. The cabinets look nice but the job was not anything like we expected. We feel Jeff should have noticed that the 12 inch cabinets were too small and suggested 14 inch. He never told us ,that there would be an area in front of the cabinets, that would be bare. He replaced a couple of tile very sloppily, I could have done a better job. This job started out being quoted to us at around 6,000 dollars. It ended up costing us almost 10,000 dollars. We also asked Jeff why, if we had brand new cabinets up on top, why didn't he just suggest we get completed cabinets to save time and money. He said to me that you wanted the refacing done because of the granite countertops. That is true, initially, but when the plan changed, he went ahead, and just refaced new cabinets, which cost us alot more. Then, when my partner asked him again about just putting up new cabinets, he said the company he works with only makes doors.... We've had drawers and our cupboards emptied since December. The whole house was a total disaster. Very disappointed.
