He brought all samples to our home for us to make choices. He was patient, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. Ben and Kellan performed all the work on the project from beginning to end. They were very professional and extremely hard working! They would take lunch break but other than that they would work the entire day without any additional breaks. They didn't have music playing or take private phone calls either. They were in our home for 8 days and each day they were a pleasure having them working in our home. We picked out a…read morebeautiful piece of "Rugged Concrete" quartz for a 9ft counter in our add on and 100% renovated kitchen. We picked the quartz based on a sample that was shown to us by them. It was never suggested that the color could vary as much as 90% from what we were actually seeing. It was never suggested that we should go look at the slab because of course we would have for such a large investment. Waited over 4 months to be disappointed with what we received. Immediately contacted ProSource. It was a long 3 month process only to be disappointed at the end as ProSource contacted Hallmark who then contacted Caesarstone. Not one of these companies wants to take responsibility for the misrepresentation of the quartz. They and have offered us a "discount". No idea what the discount is. No one has been in contact. Very sad, and disappointed with customer service and ruining a project that I have waited a lifetime for. 3 Like

It still makes black soot, but when I called for service, I get no response.
