I go in today (Friday) to pre order a cake for Tues which is five days away. The bakery manager tells me that I have to order a cake five business days in advance, IMHO opinion that's ridiculous. I tell her that she's forcing me to go to Dierbergs, smugly she says "good luck, they won't take your order this late either" I say "want to bet?" She says "I've called them to order a cake just to see and they take just as long as we do" so disappointed in her attitude I go to Dierbergs. Guess what? Their bakery manager Kristina takes my order no problem. So not only was the Schnucks bakery manager smug and condescending she lied to me about Dierbergs. Do better!

Tonight I took the wine stopper and cheeseboard class and it was a lot of fun. Small group and personal instruction. The supplies are of adequate quantity and quality as well. One of my favorite things is how you can explain the project you are working on and the staff all really are curious to learn and advise on a few ways and supplies to pull off the trick. They are focused on giving the right advice instead of moving sales and I enjoy coming in every time. I may come back for the bowl turning class soon too!

One of the best parts of shopping here is the variety of specialty and seasonal items. They carry products you typically won't see at other local grocery stores. Oh, and don't skip a stroll by the bakery! I usually utilize the self-checkout, so I don't have much interaction with the employees, unless I'm looking for something. She was very hostile, standoffish, rude and refuse to correct the situation or make it right in anyway instead she just told me I needed to go to the original Dierbergs, even though I had my products and the receipt. I also spoke to Dierbergs, who said it was not a problem as long as I have the receipt I could go to any location. When I asked for the store manager, she said she was the store manager, and I asked for the store manager again because her tag says Assistance store Manager I called my bank to ask what I should do since they were refusing, and Brenda refuse to speak to my bank refuse to a return or exchange so I left without getting anything resolved, which is unfortunate. I will be calling customer service as well. We've been in a snowstorm. The roads are not in great condition, so refusing to assist a customer just because they're at a different store doesn't make sense

Less than 3 months I had a beautiful transformation. My Designer(s), Leahanne, TJ and Veronica were creative and provided knowledge of each step of the process. I trusted each of these professionals with the care they brought to my remodel. I told them all I feel like Cinderella with the results! The best choice with my home remodel was with Thompson Price. Answered multiple questions from the salesman over the phone regarding my project--possible wall removal, cabinets and countertops (wasn't set on granite, quartz etc. yet). Was asked to come into the showroom to pick cabinets/countertops rather than come to my home to see what the project entailed. Was asked my budget over the telephone and when I (reluctantly) told him, I was chuckled at. CASH BUDGET!! We were paying cash. When I called him on this, the salesman said that my budget may be a little low. HOW would he know this if he wouldn't even come to my home to see my kitchen? Would not recommend Thompson Price based solely on this telephone call. Was it because I'm a woman? Or that he didn't like my zip code?
