I was confused about where to find what I needed, so I politely asked a male employee for assistance. Instead of trying to understand my question, he waved me off and was dismissive. Thankfully, a female employee was much kinder and attempted to help. However, when she asked the same male employee for guidance, he again responded abruptly and simply said, "No, not here," without offering any explanation or assistance. As a customer, I left feeling unwelcome and disrespected. I understand employees can be busy, but basic courtesy and customer service go a long way. The interaction was uncomfortable enough that it left me wondering whether I was being treated differently than other customers. I hope management addresses this and reminds employees that professionalism and respect matter.

Plus, everyone wore a mask, (not a single person did at 84), and the staff was incredibly helpful, compared to the fact that I had to spend a few minutes at 84 looking for anyone to help me. Even though St. Peters is not geographically convenient, I will definitely be shopping at Hackmann's from now on.

As a woman and trying to handle the situation, because of Jim's heart attack, has not gone very well. I have been talked to like I was stupid, huge mistake by them and then laughed in my face by the Vice President of the company Steve. They are not sure, but believe that the windows are missing felt. I was told that it would take 2 weeks to get felt stripping in. I did tell him that I could get it quicker from Amazon, he laughed in my face and told me atinotes were not going to get me any where. I had to fight for a partial refund. They wanted me to pay them to make a panel when I proved the associate said several times that it came with the panel. Finally got that fixed then I set up the install. The person had my correct address but used my old address for the install. I called after they never showed up and was told the contract was void since the addresses were different. Called the store bawling to the manager because I just had a baby and this is beyond stressful assured me he'd fix it and I'd get a call asap from the installation manager / team to get a new date as soon as possible. Never received a call. I called 3 days later no one is answering the phone after multiple hours I finally get someone and ask for a manager I just keep getting put on hold. Installation team said the new address is invalid and they've been trying to reach the store and no success. The staff is so unprofessional and continues to make mistakes but yet zero accountability.
