The manager was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout the entire process. When I expressed my issue with being charged a different price than agreed upon, the manager told me they would no longer sharpen my blades in the future--to which I let him know I had no intention of ever returning anyway. Poor communication, hidden price increases, and terrible customer service. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I had to fight for a partial refund. They wanted me to pay them to make a panel when I proved the associate said several times that it came with the panel. Finally got that fixed then I set up the install. The person had my correct address but used my old address for the install. I called after they never showed up and was told the contract was void since the addresses were different. Called the store bawling to the manager because I just had a baby and this is beyond stressful assured me he'd fix it and I'd get a call asap from the installation manager / team to get a new date as soon as possible. Never received a call. I called 3 days later no one is answering the phone after multiple hours I finally get someone and ask for a manager I just keep getting put on hold. Installation team said the new address is invalid and they've been trying to reach the store and no success.
