It took about 4 weeks from order to install, so plan ahead. Ours was completed by Christmas. My apologies to Cory for all of my worrying. The installation was flawless. For my own peace of mind, I did choose to have a licensed plumber, at my expense, (Arch plumbing) tap and run the gas line back to the fireplace for Jason to hook-up to. Both came the same day and worked together very professionally. I highly recommend CBennett for their product, patience and work quality. (I received no discount or reimbursement for this review)

Rachael was fantastic with helping us design our kitchen update and it was quick not 2-3 weeks out like other places. The cabinetry offered is top notch. The installer Steve is excellent and treated my home like his own. Steve takes pride in his work and ensures everything is perfect. The cabinetry is super level and all the craftsmanship to install the trim work was impressive. You cannot go wrong working with Sieglers. Best ever; and they are a full service shop that can do it top to bottom. I have redone 3 kitchens now so I have a pretty good idea of what's good or not. Kudos Rachael, Mike and Steve as well as others that worked in my home

Awesome store! Pros…read more - decent selection of domestic and exotic hardwoods. - amazingly helpful staff, very knowledgeable on the subject of woodworking. - decentish selection of wood sealers, sandpaper and other misc. wood supplies. probably not as intense as Woodcraft, but still a decent shop worth hitting up in the St. Charles County area. - when they didn't have a specific type of wood I needed, they redirected me to another shop nearby. That's how you know they're genuinely interested in the customer getting what they need, when they recommend a competitor. Cons - if you go during the summertime, be prepared to walk around in the heat. - limited hours. I don't believe they are open on Sundays... I happened to be free on a Saturday before they closed for the day so I swung on in!! Overall, great service. Especially from Mike. Thanks man!! :D I got everything I need for my next woodturning project and now my boyfriend has some exotic boards for his next endgrain cutting board glue up. ^_^

We…read moremade a field trip to Hechler's Hearth and Home because we were enamored with Vermont casting's wood burning stoves, which they are one of the few places were you can go to see them in actual operation. During our very informative visit we were able to get detailed feature and price comparisons to several excellent preeminent wood burning stoves. Phil Hechler was not only personable but honest about the pros and cons of each model. I will buy a wood burning stove, and now thanks to Phil, I will do so armed with all the information I need to make a successful purchase. I can also say with great certainty that I want to buy that stove from Phil at hearth and home. This wonderful store also has a large variety of gas and electric stoves, all beautifully set up and functioning. I'm quite certain that Phil is equally as informative regarding the specifics of the gas and electric models...but I only have eyes for Hearthstone Heritage.

I recently visited St. Louis Tile Company. I wanted something special that was different from what…read moreI had seen in the large home improvement stores. I had assumed that it would be too expensive, and that it would not be competitive with Home Depot, Lowes, etc.. I could not have been more wrong. They had gorgeous tiles, huge selection and many items were in stock and on sale. The tile I selected was actually significantly less than similar tiles that I had looked at Home Depot and Menards. What made the experience even better was the excellent customer care. Rhonda was amazing. She was so patient, knowledgeable, and led me to the perfect tile for our project. I am looking forward to working with them again for our next remodel. Incredible selection, great value, and superb staff.

We shopped at several local tile shops always feeling like the staff didn't care about customers at all. Then we walked in to St. Louis Tile in Ballwin. Tommy the manager is awesome, he knows his product and his staff is trained in customer service that you will be amazed by. Needless to say we are thrilled we stopped by that day to see what they offered and won't bother with any other "tile shops" going forward. Do yourself a favor and stop in you'll be so happy you did!
