They are a Stahl dealer and when my husband wanted a leaf blower and a weed eater for his birthday (insert joke about how old we are here) this was the top of my list to shop at! The entire staff knows so much more than some hourly employee at a big box retailer shop! They not only took their time and showed him how to use it and ways to keep it running longer- they made us feel good about the purchase. I was so happy wandering the isles and seeing so many useful tools and items for our home projects we bought some paint for our doors too! I really love this place and I could happily spend hours wandering the isles of this store looking at the wall of springs (yes! It's so cool!) and looking at all the amazing parts that are unique to this store! I had seen a facebook comment saying the did glass repair but due to the age and style of my window I had little hope... but Southside Hardware fixed it, good as new, for a fraction of the cost of some of the other window companies I had called. They always help me find what I need quickly and professionally, and never are pushy trying to upsell me on stuff. Would recommend 100/10
