I had asked how spicy the mac & cheese was, and he kindly gave me a small taste of it to try. I'm a little bit wimpy when it comes to highly spiced food, but this was not overly spiced at all. Depending on when you go, there may or may not be street parking. When we went on a Sunday at 6pm, there was no problem. They are open every day from 11 to 8. And there are two picnic tables in front of the truck, in case you want to eat there. FYI, I don't remember seeing any beverages on the menu.
