Poor customer service! You have a very rude employee. I came in around 4:30pm and I was not sure which product I was going to get and I asked for a few minutes to decide, She told me that she has to take her lunch, What kind of employee takes her lunch at 4:30 when the store closes at 6pm. Always a positive experience when I come in, amazing variety of products and the friendliest staff I've seen in a long time

Charged me for the wrong items. Ended up paying 5 dollars more than what I should've. Ran by people who don't go to the gym.

I came in for my usual cleanse i normally buy. I came across one i wasn't familiar with but seemed interesting so i thought i try it out. I purchased it , before i left the store i doubted my purchase and decided to just go with the regular one i always get. I asked to exchange. The gentleman helping me wasn't very pleased ... but ignored his facial expressions since the moment i stepped foot in the store. Well it was $15 difference more so i gave him a $50 Which i just handed him $25 for my purchase He informed he doesn't have change for a $50?? How when my change is $35 and i just gave you $25 you have less then $10 I'm cash register? It doesn't make sense. I came in to make a purchase and the prices were marked up from what I had seen on the GNC website. The sales associate said they do not price match from their website. She told me that I could order it online and pick it up in the store and I would get a discount, but then when I try to order it online the item is unavailable at this location even though I had seen it in the store. I told the sales associate and she said "well I can't give you that discount because then that's money the owner is out." I said why did you mention for me to purchase it online if you weren't gonna give me it anything anyway? Sales associate was rude and not helpful. The employee arrived late to open the store, stock is always low, and when I asked about when they would get the vitamins I was looking for, I was told "uh try back in 2 weeks cuz we just got a shipment and they aren't in there". Well, well, well... I went into this store yesterday to buy melatonin, and boy was I in for a surprise. The woman working was an absolute nightmare. She was not helpful and basically told me that she does not know about the product when I asked her about the different types of melatonin they carry. She also told me not to move the already misplaced items, and INSTRUCTED me to put the pill bottles back where they belong. Horrendous attitude. She then proceeded to argue with me and refused to sell me what I came in for. I was not shocked to see the previous reviews, because there was NO ONE in there. She needs to be put out of business. She tried to insist that they are busy, but I actually think this was one of the owners, and if you are so busy, then why is one of the owners working just before closing two days before Christmas. lol! Make it make sense. I was appalled at her behavior and was pretty upset when I left, but then I remembered that her actions prevented me from spending any amount of money in that store--and then I felt better after purchasing the same product at another location 10 minutes away. This is the worst GNC store we've ever visited. We entered the store to find some multivitamins for our parents, we had some questions but the woman just kept chatting with her girl friend for 20 min without helping us. We had to check the packages and confirm the expiration date, then the woman came over to tell us we cannot touch the bottles. We asked her what's the difference between two different products, she said, patientlessly, " I'm not an expert, but I think they are the same and the big one is better. We read carefully the instructions and then find out they are NOT the same, and the small one is essential and the big one is basic. She was so rude and she even cursed me. This store used to be good but now gives us such a bad taste because of this woman. Does GNC policy disallow customers to check the expiration date? Does GNC train their employees to be rude to customers? They should train their employees to be respectful or they are ready for 0 revenue. I would warn any potential customer to stay away from this place until GNC replaces Chanti with a more friendly and more educated employee, because no one deserves being treated like this. Chanti is very unprofessional, doesn't know her products, doesn't care about customers. It's ridiculous why someone like chanti even qualifies to work for any customer oriented position. As an employee expected to help customers, she should face consequences from her employer for her bad attitude towards customers. read more

I went on two different occasions and spoke to two different sales people; both were quite knowledgeable of their products, nearly reciting the product descriptions verbatim. There are a variety of items on sale at any given time, otherwise things can get quite pricey. Pretty cut and dry operation, leaving little room for humor or wit in this review. read more

I have been to this location twice and have received great service both times by an associate named Bandy. He is very knowledgable about the products in store. He asks you questions about your diet or exercise plans and suggest products that make sense not to just make a sale. I also like the new program GNC is doing were you can buy products on a membership anytime of the month not just the first week. I used to come here when Bandy & Vinoli used to work. They were very helpful and hospitable people. If they didn't have a certain product they made sure to order it next time they get the inventory and call me back once they received it. There's a new employee working there during weekdays now. He is very rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever. Very rude guy. This establishment is going to lose their customers if they continue to have this guy work for them.
