I come to this location several times a month and have been helped by multiple other cashiers with absolutely no issues. However, every single time Makayla rings me up, there is suddenly a "problem" with my transaction. What makes this even more upsetting is watching her ring up other customers using the same form of payment with no issues at all, yet when it comes to me, it feels like new rules are magically created on the spot. The judgmental looks, condescending tone, and the way she speaks to me, my mother, and anyone who comes with me is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. No customer should feel targeted, singled out, or treated unfairly while simply trying to shop. After dealing with this behavior repeatedly, it's clear this is not a one-time misunderstanding. Management should not allow employees to treat customers this way. It creates a hostile and uncomfortable environment and reflects poorly on the entire store. If this behavior continues, I will be speaking directly with management because no paying customer deserves to be treated with this level of disrespect.

I had seen her put in a scoop of some random white powder, a ton of ice and two chunks of pineapple (no mango). She hands me the over- flowing drink, which gets all over my hands and charges me $11. I think to myself, I guess I missed when she put on the mango. I get back to work and take a sip. OMG... so disgusting! $11 dollars for ice, water and I'm assuming protein powder?! I literally couldn't drink it, it's tasted NOTHING like pineapple or mango, and all I taste is artificial sweetener and vitamins (old school Flintstone vitamin vibes). The place is called "Ideal Nutrition"... lady, ideal nutrition is real fruits and veggies, not artificial processed over-priced powder. They had such awesome treats like goberries, spicy mango, beef and fish jersey, watermelon and ginger candies, and various dried fishes. They list the item in Vietnamese and English on placard on top of the bin as well as the price per pound. Im not sure if the lady manning the store spoke English as the conversation was solely in Vietnamese between the owner and my friend. I suppose pointing is a universal language if I were to go back and English was not spoken. Snack World was a treat!
