I was looking for the first item on my long list when a voice asked if she could help me. It was Ada, who stopped what she was doing in order to provide me with kind customer service. She was the type of person I didn't often see, someone who obviously took pride in doing her best. She quickly found every last item on my list for me, saving me enormous time. She knew immediately where everything was. It caught my attention that along the way, Ada did little things she didn't have to do.
