Enticed by the large Hebrew text conjoining two Palestinian-owned Jerusalem businesses, I was…read morecompelled to take a peek. The plaza has plenty of parking and houses a few other ethnic restaurants and spas, so it's very easy to get to during a Disneyland trip. Inside, there are tons of stuff from the Levant, spices, halal gummies, imported chocolates, homemade Dubai chocolate, and a huge selection of Turkish delights and roasted nuts made by them. They also have a wide variety of baklava and fresh knafeh right there ready to cut, which is a sweet cheese dessert with a fun kataifi crunch. The gentleman who helped me was very kind, though there was a slight language barrier. He let me try a bunch of nuts when I inquired - and I sort of had to, since several varieties were unlabeled, or just had a sign for what they were, or what the flavor was, but not vice versa. The nuts were good and seemed like a good and healthy snack to bring into a theme park or to have at home. I thought the flavors I tried were hard to distinguish from another after a while, and subtle. I had the fresh Dubai chocolate and thought it was pretty nice, distinctly bitter, nutty, moist, with tons of fresh kataifi crunch. You do have to keep it refrigerated though, as I assume it's made with ingredients that wouldn't hold well together at room temperature - typically a better sign in terms of paleo diets if you've ever made paleo chocolates for yourself. It's a bit atypical from other Dubai chocolate as the filling quantity here is uniquely generous. It's very rare to see a cute, almost timeless shop like this, containing lots of traditional and authentic goods. Would enjoy revisiting to try their coffee and the nearby food.

They do have a display toward the middle of the store (right before the aisles begin) with premade cupcakes, muffins, and other small baked goods, which is convenient if you need something quick and simple. However, I was hoping to find an actual cake and have someone write "Happy Birthday" on it, and that wasn't an option at this location. Aside from that, everything else looked perfectly fine. The store seemed stocked and organized, and if I were in the area and needed a few items, I could see myself stopping in. It's just not somewhere I'd go out of my way for, especially if I needed bakery services.

The aisles are wide and well-organized, so it never feels crowded or chaotic, even during busier hours. Milk is usually priced cheaper compared to other nearby markets, and every so often you can find some really good deals on meat as well. If you take a little time to look around, there are definitely solid bargains to be found. Overall, it's a convenient and dependable spot that I don't mind coming back to again and again. For meat, I grabbed ground beef, pork neck (currently on sale for $1.99/lb), and chicken breast. Prices were definitely reasonable. For produce, quite a few items were cheaper than H Mart, including enoki mushrooms, Japanese yam, daikon, shiitake mushrooms, tofu, and carrots. That said, the Japanese yam didn't look very fresh this time, so I ended up skipping it and buying it at H Mart instead, even though it was a bit more expensive. Some items were priced about the same as H Mart, like napa cabbage ($0.99/lb), onions ($0.39/lb), and bean sprouts ($0.99 per pack). One change I noticed is that cucumbers are now pre-packaged instead of being sold loose, so you can't pick them individually anymore. They're also slightly more expensive than H Mart now. They also had a great deal on Driscoll's strawberries, $0.99 for a 1 lb box, which is definitely worth picking up. Overall, still a great spot for affordable grocery shopping, especially if you're cooking at home and want to save a bit here and there. (visited on 3/31/2026)

When we entered it was a small location where one side is a Romanian market and a food counter on the other side. No tables. Only a few counter seats. Honestly I was a little hesitant about this place but my worries were quickly quelled. Staff greeted us and clearly recognized we were in unfamiliar territory and took the time to explain things to us. Basically it's sausages, flatbread, sandwiches, and pastries. The small menu was a huge plus for me. I prefer a place that makes a few things really well. We got 3 sausages, potato salad, couple of flatbreads, and two pastries. The sausages were amazing. Ah-mazing. The carnati, which I believe is made in house, was so incredibly delicious. Thick, juicy, and flavorful. It kind of gave me a Chinese lap cheong flavor with a meatier texture. There was a very mild sweetness to it and a wonderful snap. The cabanas were smaller, dryer sausages. The snap on this sausage made and audible sound when you bit into them. On the saltier side. Not as juicy as the other two but had a great heartier texture. The skinless sausage was almost like a kafta in texture. Soft and juicy. Potato salad had peas, carrots, and chicken. Super delicious I highly recommend. Pastries were also really delicious. The Neapolitan was mostly custard with too and bottom layers rather than layers throughout but the custard was super thick and delicious. This place is 10/10. Totally unassuming spot with amazing food.
