I bought a Dunzo cartridge. I used it, and it spit the hot oil on my face, which caused me to drop it. The cart cracked from the impact. When I went to exchange it, they told me that they could not give me a refund, or a new cartridge because the cart cracked from the fall. So now I am out of the money I spent on the cart, with a 2nd degree burn, and unsatisfied. I don't think this situation was handled properly, and I will be coming for the company in small claims court to pay for the injury caused by the burn from the product. Very disappointed read more

For a while, I was happy coming here, but considering they have been open as long as they have, I was really disappointed today because I tried to use my card which doesn't have a chip, and only has the option to swipe it and none of their machines accept the swipe feature. I drove all the way from Southgate, spent about 20 minutes in the store, looking for everything I needed and ended up, leaving with nothing because their machines don't work for the swipe option. 10/30/22 My auntie was diagnosed with Stage 3 Uterine cancer & undergoing treatment after having had her surgery already. When her surgical oncologist spoke to her about alternative regimen that was the cue telling us that perhaps regular treatments aren't helping as much. She's lost about 30 lbs in a short amount of time with bouts of nausea & abdominal pain. It's "high" time she receives some relief & hopefully get her appetite back. I went in today on 9/19/25 and the store was very crowded. I was waiting for about 45 minutes, on top of that the customer service was terrible. This is an exceptional dispensary for the most part. I don't live very far from it but I remember calling a while back to ask for a specific brand which they didn't have(Stndrd). So I wound up shopping around and found 2 dispensaries that have that product in stock. The reason I stopped by recently was to see if maybe they had a gummy brand that surpassed Stndrd brand gummies. They didn't carry that brand so I bought another brand that was recommended by the gal up front. The staff, security and overall process is amazing! Worthy of ten stars! The product I selected didn't work for me and these were the ones recommended by the staff. The soda did do the trick which is why I left 3 stars. They packaged my product nice in a beautiful blue bag. I tried curbside pickup for the first time here and it was definitely an experience id like to repeat. The communication via email and text was timely and helpful. I ordered it late last night after closing and it was ready first thing in the morning! They directed me to a parking space, all staff wearing masks and were so polite and friendly. They had my ordered prepared and I was set in no time. And Malissa made sure to double check my order upon paying and again as i was handed my bag full of yummy edibles. My favorite are the camino midnight blueberry edibles because they help me sleep so i was really excited to see they had them and at a super reasonable price compared to other locations.
