If you've ever…read morebeen in smoke shops you know the owners/operators can be a little brusque but this gentleman was the complete opposite, friendly and helpful, making a quick stop for rolling papers incredibly pleasant. The prices are what you would expect but pretty good deal and selection on vapes and I ended up buying a couple even though I didn't need them and he let me pick out a lighter even though I was the one trying to give him more business. When he told me to have a great weekend I felt like he meant it and when I told him I'd be back i totally did.

I'm a cigar smoker only…read more I don't do pot, vaping, or cigarettes. But the smoke shop has everything you would expect for theses vices including cigars selections. My expectations were low from my experiences I've had walking into these kinds of shops when looking for a cigar, but I was pleasantly surprised and happy to see that he has a very nice, and a very decent size and diverse selection of cigars to choose from I must say! They're all priced about what you would expect to pay, but there's even some bargains on some of the cheap handmade cigars as well. It's not a lounge, it's just your basic smoke shop, but if you need some cigars and you're not near a cigar lounge or can't wait to purchase them online, you may want to check this place out if you live in the area.

worst customer service I've ever experienced. with a smoke shop. I called in asking if they had a…read morecertain product in stock, which I have previously purchased before from them. in the past due to its convenience being next to my grocery store. The employee who answered sounded aggravated as soon as he picked up the phone like I was bothering him. I've popped in here a few times in the past for the exact same brand of juice that I was looking for and when I asked if it was in stock, I was told no before I could even finish my sentence in a very dismissive tone. I assume they were just too lazy to get up and check. Overpriced as well. The smoke shop down the road at the intersection on Ball where CVS is is exponentially better in any category. Always kind and will order products for you if they don't have them immediately in stock. Now it makes sense why they have a tiny little shop A grocery shop and they barely show up on maps. Most likely a terrible CRM coming from a business owner myself as I would immediately fire an employee if I heard them speak to a customer like I was spoken to avoid this place like the plague.

I have a silly but simple question for the owner, or really anybody that works there and could relay the answer. Today I came in and bought a 14mm male quartz banger, and I just got home a minute ago and realized I actually needed a female.. Would I by chance be able to come by and exchange the male I have for the female I actually needed? It's still in perfectly unused condition! Regardless of the response, thank you for taking the time to read this! You guys are absolutely wonderful! I will be by tomorrow either way to either exchange or to pick up myself a m2m joint adapter! We all must float on! I can't believe that I just now discovered and ventured into this wonderful shop! It has a nice selection of everything and the owner is amazing! He's also extremely knowledgeable on the products he carries and helped me with a few questions I had Lol It's so great to find a place that you can go to, with any questions and curiosity you may have, have them answered, and not have to worry about having someone trying up sell you on everything.. On top of all of this.. this wonderful human gave me a incredible deal! I couldn't believe it! THANK YOU times infinite! I'm already planning on returning tomorrow to get a new banger! Everyone reading this needs to stop what they're doing and just head on over! This place is what dreams are made of!!! Was blown away by how wonderful I was treated and accommodated when I returned to replace the piece that I bought for one in the right size! EVERYONE YOU MUST COME HERE! Great prices on juice and epic glass! You will not be disappointed! They have everything! And he special ordered the special flavor white owls that I wanted to try!

I always get charged here between $25-$30! I recently moved to Riverside with my girlfriend and I was in need of a new vape, but didn't feel like driving all the way to oc for a new one. I will never ever cheat on this place ever again, and I will willingly make that hour long drive to come back every single time. The staff here is always so friendly! I once purchased a brand new vape, tested it out and it was a complete dud so the worker was so kind to replace it with a new one! Everyone here has always been so kind and very friendly, I've even came in like 10 minutes before closing (I work only night shifts and sometimes get off work at 11-11:30pm) and they've never expressed any sort of disappointment and annoyance every time I walk in as I'm usually just in and out. Even if I'm just standing looking at a new flavor to try, they've always acknowledged my presence and will tell me to just let them know whenever i'm ready. Sometimes when I ask for recommendations they will always give me some new flavors to try and if they personally like it as well, which is 10/10 customer service. Will always recommend this place to anyone who asks me where I go. Thank you for being so friendly every time, and i'm so sorry I cheated on yall but never again lol!
