my go to shop fr, been coming here since 2023. I recently went to a shop out in Riverside (Royal Haze Smoke and Vape) and the guy there was so so rude and I'm pretty sure he upcharged me as I paid basically $40 for a single UT vape!! I always get charged here between $25-$30! I recently moved to Riverside with my girlfriend and I was in need of a new vape, but didn't feel like driving all the way to oc for a new one. I will never ever cheat on this place ever again, and I will willingly make that hour long drive to come back every single time. The staff here is always so friendly! I once purchased a brand new vape, tested it out and it was a complete dud so the worker was so kind to replace it with a new one! Everyone here has always been so kind and very friendly, I've even came in like 10 minutes before closing (I work only night shifts and sometimes get off work at 11-11:30pm) and they've never expressed any sort of disappointment and annoyance every time I walk in as I'm usually just in and out. Even if I'm just standing looking at a new flavor to try, they've always acknowledged my presence and will tell me to just let them know whenever i'm ready. Sometimes when I ask for recommendations they will always give me some new flavors to try and if they personally like it as well, which is 10/10 customer service. Will always recommend this place to anyone who asks me where I go. Thank you for being so friendly every time, and i'm so sorry I cheated on yall but never again lol! read more

Love this place , everyone is always so nice. The girls that work there are so helpful. Always has everything I need. I needed a new coil for my vape and I could not find anywhere that had this coil. I LOVE my vape I'll show you a picture but they had them long story short. So if you need any thing smoke related I would definitely recommend them. read more

Astro Smoke Shop - Love LOVE my vape thank you Astro!!! - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Anaheim, California

I love coming here! Everyone that works here is amazing. Jennifer is so amazing. She is always ready and willing to help me choose my next vape or suggest a new product. I also love how friendly she is and she's so much fun to talk to. Zen has done a great job helping me pick out vapes in the past before too. I was having a really bad day one time, and he even was there and gave me a shoulder to cry on, literally. read more

One of the largest disposable vape selections in town. Prices for vapes were competitive but their Glass was a little pricier than most others I've seen. The girl who works there is super nice (literally been the same girl working every single time I've been there I think) is always really quick and available to help you. read more

Amazing little smile Shop! I have not met one person who I don't like. Very knowledgeable staff. The best selections. I've never left there empty handed or unhappy! Great prices and there's usually deals on items. Go check it out!! You won't be sorry! read more

This shop is very nice but the workers care more about their side conversations than helping the customers I walked in no hi or hello just a guy and girl were behind the counter just talking about who knows what. I get it everyone has a life but if you working somewhere and customers come in stop your conversation and tend to the customer don't have them stand there for 5 mins before you say anything. read more

amazing service everyone be welcoming and cool with you. Best smoke smoke in anahiem! read more

Jennifer is absolutely amazing! If you need help with anything she's goes above and beyond to satisfy customers just ask for her she will take care of you! read more

You get what you pay for. I will say in a pinch they are okay to patron. However, despite the cheap prices you're also getting cheap products. Moved down the street about two years ago and would come here off and on. The majority of vapes I have purchased either run out fast or taste horrible. I've bought different brands and it's the same across the board. read more

I spent a total of 77.00 at this store. Customer service with Lesie was good. I bought a 5.00 can of whip it premium butane and it says on the can . Buy one and get 1 for freeeeeeeeee. I didn't notice until I was sitting in my car. I brought it back ans the guy inside the store told me " ITS only like that in certain stores. Some sell for 10$ in certain stores we sell fir 5$ so no free one UMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM ILL take my business and friends business and go up street ahete they can give me a free one!!!! read more

Im a regular here with my family. Fantastic selection of vapes and other stuff for great price instead of the one next to the college- come here and try it out. We're loyal customers and usually go during the day where there is a tender who is very sweet, welcoming, attentive and full of knowledge of every product on sight. I would give more than 5 stars just for home girl alone. She's the best and is even invited to my wedding. Lol We made the mistake of coming in the late afternoon /evening where they tried to refused a sale without my fiancé being present since I was using his card. I get it but It was a hassle, stressful when I have amazing service each time I come in. I had to drag my whole family out of the car to get my items inside the store while other customers were waiting. The young dark hair girl and the older man had explained the situation to me, which I did understand where they were coming from. However, I felt the interaction was very uncomfortable, rude and heightened my anxiety with my seizure disorder. I didn't want to get sick in the store so I left the store for my family to deal with. I appreciate you allowing our family which some are minors in your store instead of helping your regular customers who are always wonderful, respectful people to all your employees. I have mad respect for the morning attendant and we will remain a loyal customer that drops near half a grand on products weekly over a year now. I hope the night team works on their customers service skills so I can refer people to go over there again and I can edit this review. First time I had a bad encounter and it was with the night crew. If you want a great experience with someone know her stuff, please come in the early day. She got your back. If there's an issue, she will calmly get you through it until you get what you need and satisfied. read more

Really well run with a very nice modernized humidor reasonable prices. The selections are really great here for a variety of different stuff. Rudest worker ever if I knew her name I'd post it. She had absolutely no customer service what so ever. I asked to see a product and she refused to let me see it, I'm sure it was based on appearance too. If I could give them 0 stars I would. read more
