Gee was such a total sweetheart - this shop was quick and convenient for me on the way to LA. Apparently it's renamed and I think under new ownership. This place is right by my apartment and I love it because they close at 10 which is way later than the other smoke shops in the area. I've been really wanting the Opel puffco and it sold out online so when I found out that they were going to have it in stock, they were super helpful and even set one aside for me so the day I came in to get it it was already on the side for me. I have been to many smoke shops and I have to say this is the best one yet. I lost my cute elephant pipe and needed a new one. I walk in and not only is the shop beautiful but there's such a wide array of options to choose from! Their bongs and pipes are so gorgeous it was so hard to chose. There's $5-$50 pipes so just in case you're on a budget (like me) you can still buy something to your choosing. Also the worker was very accommodating and knowledgeable about all the products! Do your research before you shop here! I came in because I wanted to start vaping and made the mistake of telling the guy at the counter that. Long story short, I paid $60 for a $35 device and found that out after I left and looked up the device. I also paid $20 for a bottle of eliquid that I found online and at another shop for half that price. You live, you learn. read more

Went into this morning to buy a gift for a friend (you can guess what they're in to). The guy working was really nice. The prices are fair. Pipes have definitely gone up in price over the past few years but that's inflation for you. The selection isn't bad too. As for the parking situation that people seem to have a problem with... I don't think that's a valid reason to take away stars. There's a whole street (Thelma) to the left and a gravel parking lot to the right. You don't have to park in the little lot. Parking on either side will only add an extra 20 steps to get into the shop. read more

Nice, small, smoke shop that has the basics. The employees are nice, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products that they sell. My big issue is with the parking lot. If you drive a large truck, it's going to be really difficult to navigate through the parking lot. For comparison, I have a Ford F250, and I think my fiance and I spent more time figuring out the best way to get in/out of the parking lot, waiting for a spot we could actually park in, and then waiting to get in and out of the lot then we did in the store. Their items are priced well for the quality. Overall, they are a good, basic, no frills smoke shop that I would go to if you have a smaller car and don't mind navigating a really awkwardly shaped parking lot. read more

I had the chance to exchange a few words with owner Chris at the location in the Alondra Plaza. He gave me a very reasonable price for the items I received, and left a very satisfied customer. After 2 attempts at the D.V. , I discovered it's not for me. It worked perfectly and very well I might add. Yet, the amount of product to load properly was just too much for one person alone. So I went to see Chris. I encountered his young nephew who was understandably sympathetic and decided to call his uncle. Both of us being very reasonable men, we came to a very fair exchange of goods. I wouldn't expect any private shop owner to do often, because it's not part of thier business. And any individual who approaches hostile and demanding should expect and cold shoulder at any public place. After I left extremely satisfied, with my new beautiful glass bong pipe (of lesser value), and his now used digital vaporizer.
