Great place for smokes and vapes. The owner is sweet and friendly. Been going to the shop for years!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Rudest owner I've ever dealt with. Doesn't care to sell any of the glass that's been sitting there for years collecting dust. The smell omitting from this guy is enough to make you gag, I quite literally almost vomited read more

Just two words, come here! Once you see their glass collection you will be mesmerized and could spend almost all day looking at all the different pieces. I stopped by to buy a silicone piece to keep in my car, the store owner was really nice and helpful, the prices were amazing! Just come here, you will not be disappointed!! read more

Prices are fair here, not great since tobacco prices have gone up drastically everywhere, but a bit cheaper than most other smoke shops. Service was very nice, the store clean and well stocked, plenty of easy parking. read more

Ghanahyam is one of the nicest guys and he was so accommodating and nice to talk too. Believe it or not but his vape products are priced lower then most vape shops!!! Please go give him a visit and buy something. Btw I've vaped for almost 10 years and although his selection is small he carries all of the top juices and mods all up-to-date!!! read more

This store does not honor their prices advertised in the store! Said I needed to bring in a coupon to purchase the item at the price on the in-store label. read more

If you smoke, or just want a place to quickly walk in and purchase a cold drink, I recommend this place. The owner works hard to keep his business! Not many family own/run businesses, so try to support your local shops!! (Like the Hallmark next door)! If he doesn't what you want, ask; if could be in back, maybe he can get it!! This man almost NEVER gets a day off, but when he does, he has a caring family member take his place. He may leave 1-2 times a year! If the owner isn't friendly, you've done something wrong! Haha! ;) read more

We been visiting this place for years. We came from Hawaii and get cigarettes from here. We always have good service. Mahalo.

Over priced, nothing interesting in their inventory selection. Owner was rude and very unprofessional and this is to a cash paying customer. I will not go there again due to the rude treatment and increase in prices. Plenty of other smoke shops in the area, this one does not deserve the support. read more

This is a well run little shop, with wonderful service and a lovely staff. Friendly, polite-always has what you are looking for. I've seen other reviews that simply make no sense, written by hateful ignorant bigots. Don't listen to them!! This is a great family run business and an asset to the community. Love This Place, it's the "CHEERS" of Smoke Shops I started shopping at Cypress Smoke Shop over 2 years ago, Just when the owner "Mike" bought the place. Since day one he has been focusing his energy on making his Smoke Shop into the best place around. He is constantly bringing in new products from the coolest Lighters & Torches to the Finest & Highest in Quality Glass Ware. It seems like he is always rearranging his store making it almost a game to figure out what is either new in the store, or just moved to a more convenient position on the floor. I love that his cold drinks and candy bars are the cheapest around (yes cheaper than 99c store) but my favorite thing is.... He listens to his customers needs. If we ask him to carry a certain item we are constantly using and he doesn't have it, he'll start carrying it just to keep our business close to home read more

This owner has the best customer service honestly and literally always has the best products. I go here for everything and he always marks a nice cheap price. I honestly wouldn't go to any other smoke shop. I'm a daily here bf I will keep it like that. Go here if you love friendly service and great prices He's literally the nicest person ever & definitely a stoners shop. read more

I've been coming to this local shop for years now! Can you believe a smoke shop owner got me to stop smoking cigarettes?? Worst customer service ever. His hours posted are never correct. He closes shop and leaves whenever he wants. I drive from HB. And I've been there THREE times when they were closes, during business hours. The last time I caught him outside locking the door and I told him I was there to buy a large glass piece and he wouldnt open back up. I'll never make the drive again. read more

I first came into the store out of convenience, but what gets me to repeatedly return is 1) the prices- he won't be undersold, 2) service- very helpful and courteous, 3) selection- if he doesn't carry something you'd like, he'll do his best to get it for you. And not to mention the free water bottles he gives away for the asking. read more

They have excellent service here and always make sure the customer is satisfied I ran into a little situation where I bought a cartridge for my CBD oil however that cartridge did not work with my battery so I went back and explain to them that the cartridge was not working and they gladly exchange it for a new cartridge and nowMy CBD oil is vaping perfectly. Because of the excellent customer service I will deathly be returning here for all my vaping supplies. I found this place on Yelp. All those 5 star reviews are the real deal. Gansham has the most extensive collection of cigars I've seen. And his prices are better than online. I usually go for the Romeo y Julieta reserva real in robusto, the Monte Cristo white, My Father Connecticut. Here I discovered Baccarat Cigars and Nub Macchiato. Excellent, interesting, and very low priced. My new go-to cigar shop! read more
