I always get charged here between $25-$30! I recently moved to Riverside with my girlfriend and I was in need of a new vape, but didn't feel like driving all the way to oc for a new one. I will never ever cheat on this place ever again, and I will willingly make that hour long drive to come back every single time. The staff here is always so friendly! I once purchased a brand new vape, tested it out and it was a complete dud so the worker was so kind to replace it with a new one! Everyone here has always been so kind and very friendly, I've even came in like 10 minutes before closing (I work only night shifts and sometimes get off work at 11-11:30pm) and they've never expressed any sort of disappointment and annoyance every time I walk in as I'm usually just in and out. Even if I'm just standing looking at a new flavor to try, they've always acknowledged my presence and will tell me to just let them know whenever i'm ready. Sometimes when I ask for recommendations they will always give me some new flavors to try and if they personally like it as well, which is 10/10 customer service. Will always recommend this place to anyone who asks me where I go. Thank you for being so friendly every time, and i'm so sorry I cheated on yall but never again lol!

This place sells broken products, and when you not just tell them but show them their shit products don't work. These people have the balls to tell me I had to buy a whole other vape. They refused to replace the broken vape. They also sell to underage children... please people don't go and spend your hard earned money in this shit hole business.... Sincerely Miss Ortiz read more

The Smoke Shop is great! Super customer service and some of the best prices around for everything smokers could want! Better than anyplace I've found in Long Beach for cigarettes, taxes not withstanding. Normally they don't have my brand on hand, but a call or text to Andy and I have what I want! Amy behind the counter is especially nice and goes the extra mile to be sure customers are happy. Recommend them, and have, very highly! read more
