There is an impressive beer walk-in cooler in the center of the store, so a lot of pre-chilled bottled beer available. My wife ended up buying a bottle of bourbon cream for a competitive price, plus it was easy to carry back home on the bus. We came early before 8pm during Happy Hour when non-members can enter with a person with a membership which allows 3 additional guests, and all guests are free to enter without a membership until 8pm. [$30 initial membership fee for a year and $20 annual renewal.] Caña (kahn yah) means cane in Spanish referring to sugar cane from which rum is made. Our bartender was helpful and personable welcoming us and taking our orders. Under advice from Caña member Elite Yelper, Isobel L., who graciously took us under her wing, we ordered a shot of Nicaraguan Flor de Caña Rum aged 12 years that came with a cigarillo. We adjourned from the bar to the patio to smoke our mini-stogies and sipped our rum. We came early when there were very few members so it was the perfect place to talk and mellow out. Easy enough parking garage next door ($10). They're open every day from Noon until Midnight and only closer earlier on Sundays, by 10pm. We popped in on a Sunday and had a few sodas with a cigar each. The lady on duty was super cool and helpful. And we pretty much had the place to ourselves for a bit. Two other guys joined us and we enjoyed some sports and sports history on Lionel Messi, the iconic Argentinean futbol/football/soccer player. Prices are reasonable. The layout is dope. A few loungey chairs and a sofa, plus tall tables and chairs in the main lounge. They have an outdoor patio area in front you'll see when you first walk in with tables and chairs outside overlooking Hope Street and neighboring spaces. Cigar humidor is spacious and the selection is plenty. Displays and pricing is cigar chic. Back lounge is for members only and there were a small handful of gents hanging back there. Restroom is well kept up and very modern. Cigar accessories available for use including cutters and lighters, plus displayed throughout for use while you enjoy a nice stick. From the moment we arrived, we found the lounge to be warm, welcoming, and inviting. The owners, Nancy and Lyman, were incredibly personable and made us feel right at home. We enjoyed some great conversations with both of them. Bill, who greeted us at the front, was also very helpful in guiding us through the cigar selection and helping us find the perfect choices. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be back the next time we're in the area. Highly recommended!
