It doesnt matter if Im buying a $2 candy bar or some $200 glassware. The selection is perfect for the area here in Stanton, near Garden Grove. They are not overpriced, just priced right. They dont work hard to upsell, they are just there to sell what you want or what they recommend if you need it. And that "buy" decision is always in your hands. Value for the money couldnt be better. That is as ling as you dont break your glassware once you get home. The cost vs expense is excellent and I get a lot if use from everything I buy there. Anyways, a little while ago Bear Quartz dropped a new trio 2.0 in sunset/orange color that matches my Puffco. By the time I decided to get it, completely sold out on best quartz official site. Today I made up my mind I'd get the bear quartz hot tool instead of the Puffco one, I have called I kid you not I called about 20 smoke shops in Orange County hunting down a trio 3.0, majority of them didn't even carry the trio 3.0 to begin with, some didn't even carry bear quartz at all. The ones that DID carry it stated they've been waiting for a shipment for a while now and have been sold out for over a month. I even went through bear quartz smoke shop map & NOTHING! I finally decided to call this smoke shop even tho they weren't included in the BQ map, but I've had good experiences here so far so I decided why not, I was willing to go to South OC to TRY to find one. Josh picked up the phone and answered my prayers, he made me the world's happiest little dabber. Great attitude/personality, friendly and happy to make a sale, had the EXACT trio 2.0 I was looking for and had plenty in stock. Thanks again Josh!
