I always get charged here between $25-$30! I recently moved to Riverside with my girlfriend and I was in need of a new vape, but didn't feel like driving all the way to oc for a new one. I will never ever cheat on this place ever again, and I will willingly make that hour long drive to come back every single time. The staff here is always so friendly! I once purchased a brand new vape, tested it out and it was a complete dud so the worker was so kind to replace it with a new one! Everyone here has always been so kind and very friendly, I've even came in like 10 minutes before closing (I work only night shifts and sometimes get off work at 11-11:30pm) and they've never expressed any sort of disappointment and annoyance every time I walk in as I'm usually just in and out. Even if I'm just standing looking at a new flavor to try, they've always acknowledged my presence and will tell me to just let them know whenever i'm ready. Sometimes when I ask for recommendations they will always give me some new flavors to try and if they personally like it as well, which is 10/10 customer service. Will always recommend this place to anyone who asks me where I go. Thank you for being so friendly every time, and i'm so sorry I cheated on yall but never again lol!

I'm a cigar smoker only…read more I don't do pot, vaping, or cigarettes. But the smoke shop has everything you would expect for theses vices including cigars selections. My expectations were low from my experiences I've had walking into these kinds of shops when looking for a cigar, but I was pleasantly surprised and happy to see that he has a very nice, and a very decent size and diverse selection of cigars to choose from I must say! They're all priced about what you would expect to pay, but there's even some bargains on some of the cheap handmade cigars as well. It's not a lounge, it's just your basic smoke shop, but if you need some cigars and you're not near a cigar lounge or can't wait to purchase them online, you may want to check this place out if you live in the area.

The employee who answered sounded aggravated as soon as he picked up the phone like I was bothering him. I've popped in here a few times in the past for the exact same brand of juice that I was looking for and when I asked if it was in stock, I was told no before I could even finish my sentence in a very dismissive tone. I assume they were just too lazy to get up and check. Overpriced as well. The smoke shop down the road at the intersection on Ball where CVS is is exponentially better in any category. Always kind and will order products for you if they don't have them immediately in stock. Now it makes sense why they have a tiny little shop A grocery shop and they barely show up on maps. Most likely a terrible CRM coming from a business owner myself as I would immediately fire an employee if I heard them speak to a customer like I was spoken to avoid this place like the plague.

The…read moreminimalist design of the place truly captures the essence of a clear and calm mindset in which you can feel relaxed in. Which in this case, is far more surprising, considering that the businesses within the same plaza look and feel as rundown as it gets. Took my car to get it serviced at the American Tire Depot nearby and was curious about the place and decided to take a look. Upon entering the shop, I was immediately greeted by the owner, Scott, in a very kind, friendly, open and professional manner. Nothing like the many smoke shops I frequent that are run by what looks like high school kids that insist on calling me "bro" or some who don't even say anything at all. On top of all this, Scott knows his shit. He doesn't half-ass his business in hopes of rushing you out the door. You want a recommendation? He'll break his products down for you. Scott is clearly a sharp, well-spoken and genuinely welcoming dude. It felt like I was catching up with an old friend. I'll definitely be coming back.
