Once inside, Alex helped us out and he was super knowledgeable and friendly. I was a little bummed they didn't have what I originally came in for, but he let me know I could put myself on a call list to be notified when it's back in stock, which I appreciated. He also introduced me to the brand TURN, and I'm not even exaggerating -- I fell in love. The device is so small and compact, and the fact that it can hold an extra pod?? That's actually genius. They were also running a deal where if you buy two pods, you get the charger for $1, which made it even better. Overall, great service and a really smooth first visit. This dispensary is NICE nice. The waiting area? Comfortable. The inside? Big, spacious, super clean. It doesn't feel cramped or chaotic like some places can. The staff is friendly, social, and actually knowledgeable about their products -- which is great because I know little to nothing about THC, CBD, CBN, and all the other alphabet letters They broke things down in a way that made sense and didn't make me feel dumb. I ended up getting a drink that helps with sleep, and honestly? It tasted pretty good. I was expecting it to taste like straight plant juice, but it was actually enjoyable. Now my ONLY complaint... the $5 card surcharge. FIVE dollars?? That's not a small "processing fee," that's a mini emotional support fee. I get that dispensaries have their systems, but that felt a little wild. MedMen was my go to for topicals but most OC locations closed and they're all in LA county now. Jaderoom is located on the 91 x 605. Not to be confused with Off the Charts, which is closest to the 91 freeway exit in the Starlife Plaza. Jaderoom is my new go to spot. It's the one right next to OTC and the Shell station. Plenty of parking in the back! Clean, brightly lit, and amazing customer service. They took the time to ask what I was looking for, previous likes / dislikes, and highlighted items on sale which were being exited out or were on special. I picked up a roller for my back and random body pains; I have Lupus and sometimes the aches feel deep in my bones + OTCs don't cut it. It works great and I'm thankful for the help to get the right product. They also have tinctures, leafy green ;) and everything in between. The Jade Room is everything a dispensary should be! Clean, bright, and cute decor to boot and the staff is super friendly and helpful! They have clearly posted signs with all of their specials and happy hours and staff gives one on one assistance for a wide variety of products. Ashley helped me and was such a great help, she gave me personalized recommendations and was so sweet! I recently moved back to the area and found the Jade Room after a terrible experience with another dispensary that is closer to me but an absolute train wreck. They treat their customers like addicts and each experience like a back alley drug deal. The Jade Room was a breath of fresh air and they treat their clientele LIKE actual customers. Ive never waited 3 hours for a delivery service until today. At a certain point a phone call wouldve been the best choice. You guys are probably less than 30 minutes from my house. I think this is the last time im probably ever going to order from this location. Which is crazy im a regular with you guys Update: when we called the store to make a complaint, the manager, Mony, decided to place blame on the driver. Mony said that he placed us at the top of the queue and that there must have been a mix up with his team... as a former manager, i was speechless. He then wanted to "put a note on our account for a better promo" when that should've been offered when we texted them to find out our new ETA. The driver did his job in the parameters he set to us. The manager, Mony, did not. I do not recommend coming to this location, Santa Ana gives way better customer service and communication. read more
