12/13/22 We're taking my auntie to her treatment in Pasadena (Keck Medicine of USC Infusion clinic) and she requested to try another strain to gain more appetite. The previous one my hubby bought for her worked pretty well that she started to eat a little bit more. My cousin said she's lost about a good 30 lbs since her therapy started. Additionally, it does have a bit of an impact on her pain as well, it doesn't last as long but it's definitely an added bonus. Long Beach seems to be a grand place to search for another dispensary to find a natural appetite stimulant for my dear aunt. I just notice a huge number of dispensaries in this city. It's in a fairly sketchy part of LB but I felt safe once inside. The parking lot is well lit, gated with about 10 spots & one handicap space. My husband & I get checked in by a friendly staff with our IDs at the lobby & then go through another door heading towards their store for the fairly good selection of cannabis inventory. There are 2 armed guards inside the area where the items are housed under glass cases. Everything look's neatly arranged & many staff direct us to come on over for assistance. My husband is the one who talks to the bud dealer because I'm not well versed in these things. I was too busy taking photos & in awe how there's so much in this business that I do not know about lol. A few questions in & the bud dealer recommends Kush--Whoa si Whoa, which apparently is "award winning" & is deemed to be the most likely strain to make her more hungry. I'm quietly thinking, I better not be around her when she takes a puff--I certainly do not need to get my appetite more stimulated than it already is. Ha! Once we knew what to purchase, we're directed towards the rear window for the "pharmacist" to fill the "Rx". It was a quick & painless transaction. It was a pleasant experience all around. I'm so glad my auntie is a bit more open to the idea of this option to help her gain a little bit more weight & tolerate her treatment. read more

This place is like an oyster - rough & unattractive on the outside yet wonderous with a potential pearl within. Granted, the actual store front is descent. It just doesn't feel real comfy walking out of here after dark with a purse full of merchandise & looking like your not from the local vicinity. Nonetheless, they offer a clean, bright, and *fairly* welcoming environment. The selections are diverse and plentiful. Sure, its skewed towards the brands they carry but their very accommodating. Their eddie offerings are what I go for since massively scaling back on inhaling. Quality is present while pricing does scale upward. As a women, the service is fine. My actual tenders are always cordial but I'll usually initiate and push for convo for their suggestions. The guys that prepare my order never give two fcuks while I stand around awkwardly for them to finish. Not entirely peeved about it all but I wouldn't be mad at them if they were more personable and customer centric :) LB Collective is legit and has a lot of sick aspects && that's why the generous 4 stars. read more

Customer service is great! It's more expensive than most other places. (Examples: The green goddess in Venice, and Go Green Berry). The vapes run out extremely quick. I took my mom here for the first time lol. And she liked it . Up the street from our place and looked super nice inside . (Outside is definitely sketchy). 20% discount for first timers so we spent about 20 each on some edibles. It smells so good in here...now for my review~~~ There are so many dispensaries out there and finding one to suit your needs can be a challenge. I found this place on weedmaps and I chose it because it was local and open late even on Fridays. I rely on cannabis due to medical conditions that are beyond my control. This place is located right off the 91, cherry exit. Very easy to find and lots of parking out front. Check in is easy, all that is required is an ID. I have a medical recommendation but as I understand it, they no longer need that but it's good to have. The guard here was extra nice as were the workers out back. Selection is good and prices were just as good, I believe I got a discount which always helps. In and out of there within 10 minutes, I already knew what I wanted and while browsing, I saw other stuff I will purchase next time. Love this place but lately the customer service has been under par, the last time I was there, it felt like I was bothering the woman helping me, she just kept pointing at the board, without looking at me when I would ask questions. I barely found out about this place as I drove by on 4/20 and seen a taco truck and large crowd outside. The dispensary is nice, very clean, has an armed guard for security, and the staff is very professional My only downfall is the place is definitely more on the expensive end of the spectrum. A good example is the THC spray I usually buy at other places, which has 1000mg per bottle costs about $80-90 at other places, this place sells a 500mg bottle for $60 which is price gouging.
