I come here often but I was very disappointed when I was sold a defective and unsafe cart, it was dark brown from oxidation and unsafe to smoke and it also lowers the quality of the thc so I did not get what I payed for . I spoke to the manger and she said they don't deal with those problems. Haven't been to a dispensary in awhile and this place opened up literally down the street from where I live. So I decided to check the place out. Like most dispensaries, it's cash only. But there is an ATM inside to use. They didn't have a FTP discount when I went, but was told they might implement it soon. I did see on weedmaps, however; and it said they offered a 10% discount. I'll ask the next time I'm in. Anyways, this place has really good deals. Most deals we got to enjoy was buying a certain brand and get another one for $1. One brand representative for Ember Valley was there and offered a deal of buying an 1/8th of their flower, we get 1/2oz of their pre-ground flower for $1. So worth it. The rep was also knowledgeable of multiple other products and gave her opinion on would be best for my S.O. Body aches and restless legs. She also gave us two lighters, three rolling papers, and a rolling tray. 10/10 recommend her. We also bought some Wyld gummies and Canavis syrup. Which also had a deal for buy one get one for $1. We were able to get a 5% discount for subscribing to their YouTube channel. In the end, I spent $151 + tip but enjoyed my experience. This is one of my favorite dispensaries I always have a great experience whenever I'm here.... However, today was not as joyous. The young lady that began to assist me started out ok but was not very helpful at all I usually wait for Gabby she always has good recommendations and is friendly and relatable. Alejandra however was not, thankfully Gabby came up and saved me she took over my order!!!! I thought it may be offensive to Alejandra but she made the comment "oh good" so she didn't want to be bothered with me anyway. While getting ready to check out I heard the customer next to me going back and forth with Alejandra she was very rude to him even going as far as calling him a "boy" the customer handled himself well and just left. In my opinion Alejandra was very unprofessional and must've forgotten that she was at work!!!! Not use to this type of service here everyone is usually pretty great this was my first time seeing Alejandra but I hope I never have to have her assist me she's really not good for business. Thank God Gabby recommended some good tree because that whole situation gave me anxiety.... Alejandra needs some customer service skills!!!!
