My experience with this establishment and great employee Emily was quite a simple and effective experience. I was able to acquire their products with ease and no hassle. Overall a good experience and will be doing business with this establishment for a long time. read more

I ordered some marijuana though weedmaps, and had an excellent experience with Emily. They are very fast and responsive!

FTP, ordered a half oz online. Go in, and told I've been there before. I haven't. They fix it and I go in. They hand me my bag without pulling the products out to show me like Culture does. I should have checked but I trust they know what they are doing. Start to drive home and open the bag, it's a 7g bag. Go back and am told they don't have 14g with what I got which pissed me off because it said you had them online. She finds it. Like, you had one....literally ONE job. First time here and last time here. Can't trust bitches who can't read. And they charge $5 to use your card!??? Nah. Thanks but no thanks. read more

Awesome customer service by Emily! Great rewards program and my favorite selection of pre-rolls and edibles for chronic pain.

Logan always has the best recs. I enjoy trying something different each time I go in, and he's never led me astray. Very knowledgeable to answer all of my detailed questions. Will keep driving out of my way past other dispos to go see Logan specifically. read more

Best Dispensary Ever! EMILY (EMPLOYEE) has the nicest service ever and the selection is massive and at great value.

Logan was quick and professional for delivery. The website made it easy to order. Good selection.

Been shopping here for 3+ years. Got some closer places by where I live but will always go out of my way to shop here. Never had a bad experience. Awesome customer service especially from Emily today and great quality smoke. These guys are the best! read more

Came to this location and arrived at 8:52 pm, maybe lol. Noticed everyone check their watch. I understand. It's close to closing time and everyone wants to go home. They let us know we have to pay before 9 pm. I'm assuming their POS does not let transactions through after 9. Understandable. No big deal, we know what we want. But they were nice and let us in since we knew what we wanted. Edibles. Wow!!! Do they have a big range of Wally drops!!! And flavors I've never seen before. I will definitely be back if I'm in the area. They also have a small discount on edibles, cartridges, etc. Depending on the day. Which is great because I personally feel like no other dispensary has discounted items unless they are trying to get rid of their inventory. They also have a huge assortment of Flav edible! My favorite are the pink lemonade belts. Yum. PS. Bring cash to avoid $3 card fee PPS you receive a discount on your first purchase. Ppps this place is great, clean, awesome! The people complaining about the $3 are funny. read more

Great service and selection. The girl that helped me was very knowledgeable and nice. Already recommended this place to my mother :)

This is my go-to place for pain management. Bud tenders are great, very knowledgeable and understand that everyone's system is different. Daily discounts and a discount for having a medical marijuana license. Everyone there has been very helpful and kind and advised when they had coupons available. Shout out to Logan and Rose for always helping me out. read more

This is an absolutely garbage store. I ordered some thing that I need to treat my anxiety. I was told it was there. It was put aside for me and I came to pick it up. First, they told me that they wouldn't except patients after 9:45 even though I've been told that he should show up until 10 o'clock. Then when I asked when I actually let me in the store, they told me that they didn't have the product that I ordered and they had no idea why the other person said they had it even though I had a receipt that clearly showed what I ordered. They told me all they had with this other product so I left I came back literally 30 seconds later because I decided to take a look at another product, and they wouldn't let me buy anything because I had walked in past their cut off time. Do not ever ever ever go to this store. I drove 30 miles south to the store just to be jerked around. Don't go here! read more

Avoid this location at all cost!! I showed up about 12 minutes prior to them closing and the security guard SAW me park and as I was getting off my car he locks the door. I go and knock and ask if they close at 10 or close whenever they want. The staff (a tall woman is laughing in the back) the security guard then approached the door and said they're closed and proceed to call me a N***a. How professional is that? Unless you want to be mistreated by a bunch of thugs and laughed at by the staff then by all means come here. I would never expect this type of behavior by a professional business. I've been here plenty of times prior but I WOULD NEVER COME BACK AGAIN! read more

The service is trash and the employees are disrespectful. The manager Brent is not only rude but he accused me of fishing for an undeserved discount. Though I have proof that before he tampered with my order, I was given the discount by the app I ordered from and it wasn't until after he said he was updating my order that the discount suddenly disappeared. I have proof that I was given the discount on my original receipt as it was my first time ordering from them online. I graciously accepted that maybe as an employee there was nothing they could do so I just told him to let customers know that when updating their order original discounts may no longer apply. Instead of taking the proof and criticism Brent decided to have the audacity to call it a misunderstanding and to threaten to cancel my order for bringing up the relevant issue. The receipt shows my cashier's name was Alex though I was given the employee name to be Brent the manager. Either way unacceptable behavior read more

I really like this place. I was shopping at Haven but Haven't is always packed and the parking lot at the one I visited was not fun. One thing I like about this place is they don't change products as often as Haven does. I go in and know they will have what I like. The people are really nice. The sercurity guards also super chill. Definitely hit this place up read more

It's been awhile since I've visited and I should have placed a review. I've been to this location a few times and this is the best of Long Beach. There is ample parking, the staff is friendly and they offer a first timers discount. They offer a wide variety for any of your needs from tinctures to edibles. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is so helpful to assist with what you need. Chronic pain or nausea? They have something natural for you. At first I was super embarrassed in needed something for my sore muscles. I felt at ease that I was in good hands and they were there too assist me. Placing online orders are very easy as well. It's less contact with people during these times and you get in and out quick. If you're in the area and are curious, stop in for assistance :) read more

Tonight, I ordered from Long Beach Wellness Center and got a quick phone call back from the manager saying I needed to text him back a photo of my driver's license with a photo of myself. I sent it to the number I had gotten texts from (The same 415 phone number.) The manager said we would get our order around 8 pm. I tried calling the number, but it would not take phone calls. That is the very same number I sent my photo to. I finally called the phone number that the dispensary called me from I had not even realized it was a different number then the 415 number. The young smug male manager answered and said I screwed up by never completing my order ~as he did not see any photos of myself with my driver's license. I explained exactly what happened and he told me completely indifferently that I this was entirely my fault! he also said at that time of night it was too late to order. I've come to the conclusion that if you have a choice where and how to spend your hard-earned cash, stay away from LBWC. I truly hope this kid was just having a bad night and that is not the way this company usually does business. read more

Long Beach Wellness Center - Me and a rep from papas herb. - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Long Beach, California

This place used to be my favorite dispensary in all of southern CA. They have now switched over payment systems so they charge $5 if you pay with card, and the process takes unbelievably long. Why do I need to give you my phone number to buy some weed? And there isn't even a rewards or point system tied to it. Not worth the extra inconvenience at all. Before this recent visit, if I was ever inconvenienced the workers would throw in something extra for free or a deal and that is no longer the case. My purchase yesterday was charged in two separate transactions, meaning I was charged the extra $5 twice due to their mistake. Very disappointed overall and will no longer be returning here. read more

Convenient location with plenty of parking. The dispensary is clean and spacious. The cashiers are very welcoming and knowledgeable. This dispensary carries a wide selection and they have a decent price range. There's been times though when they're out of stock of my preferred cannabis. But, the cashier's are quick to assist with helping me find other choices. Overall, I'm happy with my purchases and I've never had any issues. Always a pleasant shopping experience here. read more

Super disappointed. I've been loving this place since it was introduced to me and I definitely stop in weekly. I came in on Tuesday for their cartridge discount and the girl reminded me that I get 25% off on my birthday. My birthday is today which was two days later. I decided to just get one thing and come back in today for the rest with the discount. I came in and it was unusually busy which was fine. I waited in two different lines and when I got to the counter I was told my brand of cartridge was now out of stock but would be in later today. Ugh! I really don't want to drive all the way back here for a 3rd time this week on my birthday when I have other things I need to do. I asked if they would honor it tomorrow so I could come back and I was told NO. What great appreciation for your customers. I guess I'll be looking for a new spot. Update: Found a new spot!!! The Medicine Woman! Check them out, they hooked me up read more

I purchased an 1/8 of indica flowers about a month ago. Ooened the jar and saw a piece of rolling paper. While filling up my pipe I found 4 smoked joints no bigger than my thumb nail. What in the heck? One might of been an accident but four. Just letting you know I'm not giving a favorable review. Brook Snider read more

I like this place! There's more than enough parking and the customer service is nice. I suffer from insomnia so I was looking for a good indica. I have PTSD, and have turned pro-cannabis. This store also gives veteran discounts on top of any other deals they have. The sales guy really helped explain the differences and with my stipulations made sure I was getting the right stuff for me. Couldnt thank ya'll enough for your kindness today and suggesting a vape. I got the curepod because of the battery deal, and glad I gave it a try. I will be back soon guys! read more

Been here once and I'm already recommending it. The large selection of organic medicinal quality cannabis is reason enough (Lowell, Flow Kana, Willie's Reserve, Marley, Bloom Farms, Honeydew Farms etc.) The ease of parking, prompt and professional intake and budtender(s), pleasant decor, let's just say I'll be coming back to L.B. I went to this dispensary for the first time recently and brought a heavy hitters cart. The cart was beyond bad and there was something definitely wrong with it. It had nothing to do with taste it was unhittable meaning you cannot hit it without having severe chest pain. There is no taste of anything that resembled cannabis in it. Which means someone messed up along the line and letting this product make it to the shelf. I talk to one of the employees to let them know they might have a bad batch, and HE suggested that I contact Heavy Hitters to get a replacement and assured me that if they're unable to help me that he could exchange it for me. And this was after he looked at the cart himself and analyzed it. So I did the work and contacted Heavy Hitters and they said it was OK to make the exchange and when I went in the manager there at LB wellness center He said no he would not do it. And told me that they do not make exchanges based on taste. I told him it had nothing to do with taste that there was something definitely wrong with what was inside of the cart. He basically told me that he's sorry that I did not like it and will not exchange it. What sucks about this is that another employee told me that he would do it and told me exactly what I should do as the procedure. I did that and came back and all I got besides an employee telling me no I was a young guy just being snotty with me. I'll never go in that place again. I'll never endorse it! I was trying to support a local business but some of these local businesses forgot about good customer service. We don't need businesses like this in our neighborhood when there's so many other businesses of its kind that are local and treat the customer way better. It's also the first time I spent $65 plus tax for a cart which was tough to swallow. They got me once but that's about it don't go there. read more

The first time I came to this location I had a pleasant experience. Then this past weekend I go to pick up some items and the first thing this guy behind the counter says to me is, "let me guess you want the cheapest thing?" Umm no rudeness!!! Second time in there to buy select brand CBD oil, second time they were out of stock. Here's a little retail tip, if it sells fast, order a lot and often. Since I was already there though, I decided I would purchase another brand and see how it worked. Then came the icing on the cake. A $3 charge to use my debit card. That is an absolute BS policy. If you are that lean and strapped for liquid funds, you are definitely doing something wrong, otherwise you are just fleecing customers. I doubt I will be coming back. They sell fake stiizy pods now don't go here for any pods. Went back in to show the guy and he said that stiizy changed the packaging.
