After talking to Vanessa for quite some time, I purchased the Sticky LIps pen and have not looked back. It is durable, compact, fires up very fast and has had no electrical issues. Cleaning up the pen is also a cinch . Some cotton swabs and alcohol is all you need. Vanessa also speaks Spanish. She rocks in customer service!! Price wise, I was also impressed...20 bucks for a mid-sized glass pipe (the one my girlfriend bought had a green frog on it). Unfortunately, she dropped the piece outside of our apartment on the concrete and broke it. We decided to head back and pick up another one, not expecting a discount or anything. It was her negligence that became the death of the pipe. We walked in and she tells her sad story and after some looking around, finds another one to her liking...in the end, the man behind the counter gave her 10% off, which was very cool of him...
