I came in here for incense & incense only. The incense selection is okay - you put about 20 piece in a bag. Bring a sharpie to label the bags with the names. They don't have those typical cardboard boxed incense that I go for. No rose scent I believe. LOTS of CBD products. I would come back for the "cigar" selection & the CBD products. Also the pieces/pipes & mini bongs were a huge part of the selection. For your common smoker and toker, this is a great spot. If you're lame like me & only buy incense, I'm not sure I'd recommend. read more

I have been coming here for years and have always had a professional, pleasant experience. Today, came in on a Sunday evening and there was no one in line at the vape counter at the back. I stood there and waited while two employees were taking pictures (apparently it was to promote some drink,) but they were goofing around, taking awhile and did not acknowledge me at all. While this was going on, a large dog belonging to one of the employees jumped up on me several times and bit my purse. The girl finally apologized and put the dog in the back room. I have never had this experience in a store. When looking at both employees it was obvious they were extremely high. I don't know that I will give your store my business again if you are going to allow that level of unprofessional behavior. I kept my cool but left very angry. read more

Hazy blue is my favorite smoke shop in Long Beach, here's why. First off they have all legit raw products. Raw dropped the life grinder, they had it, Raw dropped the ethereal papers. They had em. All legit, anyone who smokes RAW knows. RAW is often poorly copied. Even their generic no brand glass is still high quality, California stopped selling all the best blunt flavors but they try to find a good alternative based off what your preferences are. I've been coming here for a few years now. Great shop. Staff have always been friendly and respectful. It's a smoke shop so it's definitely got that mellow, stoned, kinda bro-ish vibe. But they've also got cigars and vape stuff. Last time I went, the owner's golden retriever puppy was there. He's training to be a shop dog/mascot, so they're being responsible and socializing him early. One time I had an issue where I opened a bottle of vape juice i had purchased, filled the tank, only to realize that it was menthol. I had asked for regular, but I didn't look closely at the packaging before i opened it. Employee messed up, gave me the wrong thing but I also didn't catch it. I don't like menthol. I brought it back and they swapped it out no questions asked even though it was opened. Most shops wouldn't do that - you open the bottle, no returns. Understandable policy. But as a regular once a month customer, they went above and beyond and I appreciate that. Decent prices, friendly staff, and a puppy. What else could you want? I don't even live in long beach anymore but I still get most of my vape stuff here just because I like the shop. My only complaint is that the selection of CBD products is pretty minimal. It would be cool if they started selling full spectrum tinctures/chewies. read more

workers are extremely rude and have no idea what they're doing. if you have any questions about their products, don't expect any real helpful answers. i wasted $50+ dollars at this shop because they kept selling me the wrong thing after i confirmed multiple times what i needed, to the point that they made where they made me feel stupid for asking just to kill a $50 vape in no time just because it was incompatible with the juice and pods i already had even though i had made it clear i needed something that worked with the pods i had already bought from them already before i broke my last vape device, i even brought the pods with me to be sure. super disappointing, unhelpful, and pretty rude employees considering the situation. definitely don't recommend and won't be back! read more

Just an update to a five star review like everybody else giving them a five star review. But this review only goes out to the customer service associate, Robert. The best! Absolutely awesome! Knowledgeable be on belief about all of their products! This is what I like to deal with when I spend my hard earned money. And what a beautiful store. Normally I buy disposables. But last week I went in to see Robert, and I told him I would be back and I want him to set me up with the best kind of system they had. And today he did. And I saved so much money by buying a whole little system I can do myself rather than disposables. And boy he knows his stuff. With me being in law, I like for people to know by where they speak. I don't deal well or at all with bullshit. And this guy gives absolutely none. He is calm, soothing and again highly and I do mean highly knowledgeable in their products. The owners should be proud and very fortunate to have such a qualified and impeccable employee. The thing that I do recommend to the owners and I know you're going to read this Alex is get a doorbell system so when customers come into your store, associates know that someone is coming into your store. You have bars up, so I think an acknowledging system of someone entering your store should have been put in yesterday. Bottom line is, you stay in business, you customer for life. So all people who read my reviews, know that I am very straightforward and I don't beat around the bush. So this is where you want to go for any and all smoking products that you need. And what an absolute fantastic array of merchandise they have in the small little store. And talk about immaculately clean!
