I personally travel from the WS of Long Beach all the way to the ES just for this shop. The prices are quite reasonable and in line with other area shops, considering the location. My main reason is the customer service here. This is a clean, well stocked, well ran shop. There's no riff raff around here. And I can safely and confidently grab what I need. I understand that things happen, but what really matters is how it's handled and David handled it perfectly. This is exactly what great customer service looks like. Highly recommend Bliss Glass Gallery, and I'll definitely be coming back. Thanks, David!

I'm a cigar smoker only…read more I don't do pot, vaping, or cigarettes. But the smoke shop has everything you would expect for theses vices including cigars selections. My expectations were low from my experiences I've had walking into these kinds of shops when looking for a cigar, but I was pleasantly surprised and happy to see that he has a very nice, and a very decent size and diverse selection of cigars to choose from I must say! They're all priced about what you would expect to pay, but there's even some bargains on some of the cheap handmade cigars as well. It's not a lounge, it's just your basic smoke shop, but if you need some cigars and you're not near a cigar lounge or can't wait to purchase them online, you may want to check this place out if you live in the area.

The employee who answered sounded aggravated as soon as he picked up the phone like I was bothering him. I've popped in here a few times in the past for the exact same brand of juice that I was looking for and when I asked if it was in stock, I was told no before I could even finish my sentence in a very dismissive tone. I assume they were just too lazy to get up and check. Overpriced as well. The smoke shop down the road at the intersection on Ball where CVS is is exponentially better in any category. Always kind and will order products for you if they don't have them immediately in stock. Now it makes sense why they have a tiny little shop A grocery shop and they barely show up on maps. Most likely a terrible CRM coming from a business owner myself as I would immediately fire an employee if I heard them speak to a customer like I was spoken to avoid this place like the plague.
