I want to start off first with the customer service, it's unbelievably good. The shop has a great vibe to it and it's my number one go to smoke shop when I need something whether it's vape juice, a new glass pipe, lighter, vape pen battery, etc. You name it and they will most likely have it. The price on glass is very reasonable compared to a lot of other shops I've looked around at. The selection of vape juice isn't huge but it's enough considering it's a big variety of different levels on nicotine, size of the bottle, and then flavors range anywhere from candy, dessert, pastry, custard, fruity, and much more. I can't help but sometimes go in just to see what I should get next since he stocks up on new glass biweekly basically! Overall it's my favorite smoke shop to go to on a weekly basis, if I could rate it higher I would give it a 6/5 star rating. read more

Came in for cigarettes and a gift for a friend. The rep behind the counter was very helpful and patient with my frequent stupid questions. It appears to be well stocked with a variety of products. I forgot about the Yelp check in bonus of a free lighter and remembered it as I was heading out. Of course the yelp bonus check in/free lighter expired from taking my time and asking questions, but he still honored. He picked up that my budget is tight, and offered opinions on best pricing for what I was looking for. I appreciated that. yesterday was my second time visiting cigstar, I purchased a new piece. I selected the one i wanted along with a couple other items, when checking out the owner said I should probably get the thicker piece (Quality Glass). It was a little more expensive, but well worth it. I would have broken the other one already.Oh and about the price difference which wasn't a big deal but the owner gave me so many discounts that it more then made up for the additional cost. This shop and the person who helped me are amazing. I smoked cigarettes for over 15 years, and I have recently switched to vapes. And I am happy that I did, because it's cheaper and my lungs no longer sporadically wheeze. However, I don't really know a lot about vapes and I was getting the run-around by other dealers -- that is, until I visited Cig Star. The gentleman who helped me was honest and very helpful, so I finally found a product that worked for me, at a great deal. The device wouldn't turn on at all, even when connected to a charger. I returned to the store almost immediately with the packaging expecting a simple replacement, but the owner was extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Instead of resolving the issue, he tried to shift blame and gaslight the situation, even though the device clearly never worked. Any reputable shop knows that sometimes products arrive defective, and replacing it for a customer who just purchased it is basic customer service. Even just the right thing to do as a human being. Instead, I was refused help and the guy wouldn't even provide his name when asked. Such a disappointing experience. I paid for a product that never worked and was treated poorly when I tried to resolve it and there never was a solution. I'd never come back or spend my money here again.
