Does it close 8:30 now? This is third night this week that I've been there before closing and It's totally shut down. Maybe due to the break in over the long weekend, I saw broken window about 1:30 am and police there etc, it pisses me off that crime is happening more often in our neighborhood recently. I remember when this area was really bad twenty years ago and I hope it doesn't repeat. I wanted to support them as a customer this week but since hours not posted anywhere except on here I don't know when they close up these days Anyhow I really like some of the employees, miss the guy who ran it like a pro few years back, he was the best. Lately though some of them don't know what you are asking for, my theory is they are hanging out in the back door more than they are getting to know their products. I frequent places that know me as customer and that's disappearing it seems. Sucks they got robbed, no one deserves that. read more

The new guy closes at 8:50pm!! Very unhappy to see this since the wonderful gentleman that left was very nice and accomodating. These fellows are cool; best prices for cigs in the neighborhood. Had to exchange a butane lighter one time and no hassle whatsoever. Lotta new faces in the shop but they're all hospitable. And they have a ton of selection for every paraphernalia you can think of. read more

Update time: They are a friendly and courteous staff. If you want to call it a "problem" then you can critique them for not being knowledgeable about the products they sell. I go in for the cigars. Not a one of them (with the exception of the owner I presume) know squat about cigars but I don't care. They have a nice walk-in humidor with a nice selection of cigars. Their prices are very reasonable for single unit prices. I can't speak to their E-Cigs, Vapes or regular cigarette business... Sometimes the customers are lined up. I believe they close at 9 PM. read more

Good selection of everything you're looking for. Prices are good, value for your money. The guys inside are nice and funny. Decent selection of vape flavors. They have a cigar room, but I don't know smoke cigars or know anything about them (so it's unfair to review) they do have cigar boxes to buy which are pretty cool. read more

For e cigs, they are not very knowledgeable and they don't really want to help you either. It's like they could care less if they have your business or not. They will sell you a device and then not have the coils for it. They will tell you that something is not being made anymore because they don't want to look it up. They tell you to come back and then they still don't have what you're looking for. Their prices aren't that great. There are better places for pricing and helpfulness. Plus, they have a bad attitude. read more

Did not appreciate the horrible customer service today by the new young tan guy working at 6:15 pm I come here all the time literally and bring them new clients and the owner is so nice except oh boy today. The card reader was not working and I told him if he could check it, his response " what do you want me to do" and saying that my card doesn't work which it does as I just used it at the store next door, all this was done in front of other customers which made me feel so uncomfortable! Really nice selection of items for your smoking needs. I come here for vaping items as they have a decent selection of things for vaping including mods and liquids. Prices are a tad higher than some others places for mods, but for convenience's sake, its worth it. Would definitely recommend this place! read more
