I remember when this area was really bad twenty years ago and I hope it doesn't repeat. I wanted to support them as a customer this week but since hours not posted anywhere except on here I don't know when they close up these days Anyhow I really like some of the employees, miss the guy who ran it like a pro few years back, he was the best. I returned to the store almost immediately with the packaging expecting a simple replacement, but the owner was extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Instead of resolving the issue, he tried to shift blame and gaslight the situation, even though the device clearly never worked. Any reputable shop knows that sometimes products arrive defective, and replacing it for a customer who just purchased it is basic customer service. Even just the right thing to do as a human being. Instead, I was refused help and the guy wouldn't even provide his name when asked. Such a disappointing experience. I paid for a product that never worked and was treated poorly when I tried to resolve it and there never was a solution. I'd never come back or spend my money here again.

Well guess what? California Heights Market is like a mini version of Whole Foods. Such a small market packed with so many great things AND they have upstairs and outside seating!!
