The device wouldn't turn on at all, even when connected to a charger. I returned to the store almost immediately with the packaging expecting a simple replacement, but the owner was extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Instead of resolving the issue, he tried to shift blame and gaslight the situation, even though the device clearly never worked. Any reputable shop knows that sometimes products arrive defective, and replacing it for a customer who just purchased it is basic customer service. Even just the right thing to do as a human being. Instead, I was refused help and the guy wouldn't even provide his name when asked. Such a disappointing experience. I paid for a product that never worked and was treated poorly when I tried to resolve it and there never was a solution. I'd never come back or spend my money here again.

The bill was $241.41. I reminded him I had already given him $240.00, and he insisted I only gave him $220.00. I knew I had just gotten $500.00 from the bank and that would put me giving him $280.00. (I counted the money twice when leaving the bank.) The cigarettes were for my husband. I insisted on talking to the owner, and was told he wasn't there. I gave him the extra $20.00 for the purchase and gave him my phone number to have the owner call me. Of course, I didn't receive a phone call. I'm just out the $20.00. Won't be returning.
