Everytime I come here for one simple item, I end having to wait 20-30 minutes for them to likely tell me they don't even have it. Selection is limited compared to other Catalyst locations (like the one on Cherry). The set up is frustrating because you can't look at the items while standing in line. When it's your turn to order, you feel pressured to make choices as quickly as possible (because there is a massive line behind you). The workers rarely acknowledge how long the line is and how frustrating the wait can be for customers. Put simply, the wait times at this location are ridiculous. Maybe they're short staffed? I don't know what the problem is, but I really hope they get it together soon. I live in DTLB, but I gladly travel elsewhere to get my MJ.

They have loyalty program as well. That comes in handy when short on funds. Service is always on friendly knowledgeable level. Eyian, and security guards are always friendly and they welcome me by name...of all the customers they get and remember my name, that's cool n makes you feel important.
