Five minutes before close I chose to come here bc it's the closest but there was a second one I could have also gotten to if I hadn't chosen this one they won't open their door mailbox is full it's total crap. If you are open until stay open until then if you have to close early for some emergency make a sign and frankly always always have your Vmx cleaned out allow guests to leave Vmx a. Thanks guys not tomato of them are closed I will never choose you again and others should do the same. What a waste read more

I am quite disappointed with my experience 2 minutes ago. i was entering the facility with my friend and the ID check dude proceeded to reject my military card identification. As someone who serves for our country, i am appalled and demand a thorough investigation. who is the manager of this retail space?! do they not train their employees on how to properly check a diverse array of identification cards that the united states of america provides to their citizens? what is going on here? this would've have been my third time entering to purchase as a client; however, it seems that is not the case for today. will no longer be conducting my business here. read more

Esther helped me this visit and provided great customer service! Place was empty upon arrival and was able to make a fast purchase! read more

Pretty shitty you guys close early. It says 10 on your door yet you already have the gate on your door and doors closed at 9:50. I'll take my 70 dollars elsewhere since you guys clearly don't like to make money. read more

First of all, I love the distance between my apartment and this location. Staff, has been alright. No rudeness, per se, from what I have encountered. 3.5-4/5 stars. Their selection is meh. I mostly buy edibles for insomnia. Parking lot is minimal, but it's available. I love Culture, that is my go to store. I would drive a bit farther for what they have to offer. read more

The deals at this dispensary are the best I've found in LB. I always go with my dog Nina and the staff always greet us with love. I want everyone to know that Rashed, Esther, and Jessica have been super kind to me ( sorry if I didn't mention everyone, I'm bad with names ). I recommend this place to everyone I know in LB. read more

Worse experience I had at any dispensary hands down. I walk in and the rent a cop checking IDs behind the glass ignored me. When I tried to get his attention he turned around and chewed me out. When I entered he felt compelled to further intimidate me and he became furious when I told him that he wasn't doing his job and that he was ignoring paying customers. Not only will I never patronize this dispensary again but I will tell all and as many people I meet in Long Beach to not step foot inside as well. Tell your Paul Blarts to calm down and employ someone with people skills. read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE! thé budtenders are so kind and knowledgeable especially Jordan, she's my favorite! I've been coming here for years and can't believe I hadn't left a review yet. it's the best. they also have bogo deals that are available all day!! this is the spot! read more

I'm giving 2 stars only because the staff. The girls are not nice, seems like they don't even want to be there. When I ask for suggestions it's just short, responses. When I ask for a deal, the long brown haired Latina girl had the nerve to say "what you see is what you get" like huh? Do you want to make a sale or not. I have spent around 100$ a week here on weed. Just lost a loyal costumer. Get new staff. read more

My friends used to come here before they moved to Palm Springs! They always said good stuff about this place. I've never bought weed before but, one night, us girls decided to go get some for our nervous guys who were studying. We arrived and handed them our ID and went in. We were greeted, immediately, by Jessica who was very knowledgeable and helpful and took time to explain everything to us so that we could get the right strains/brands. We got a really good deal! Definitely coming back! Thank you! read more

I loved this place. Was my favorite but unfortunately one of the bud tenders that sees me come in with my partner disrespectfully started DMing my man. Woman be careful cuz they will flirt and talk to your men behind your back. I have her name if y'all interested lol Sad because woman to woman she seen us come in together all the time. But the times I wouldn't go, she'd be extra friendly. Petty I know but I'm sharing my experience cuz I feel uncomfortable going in there anymore. Great weed tho! Lots of polynesians made me feel at home. :( read more

Lb green room is the best! They have the nicest staff and the best prices for free around! Stop by for their penny pre rolls!!

Shout out to Celina for the hookup! Looking forward to using this dank product. Blazing 7s is my favorite preroll!

Found this GEM and let me just say, this is my new favorite place, Alex helped me out and is very knowledgeable, I told him what I needed and he for sure delivered. This place is nice and clean, easy access, is so easy that if you get lost or can't find it, there's definitely something wrong with you This is now my new go to read more

Long Beach Green Room was my first experience in a cannabis dispensary a few years ago and it was a good one, so I decided to stop by again recently for some gummies. I didn't realize that there was a parking lot available to customers behind the store and spent too much time searching for a street spot... don't be like me and use the lot. The female gatekeeper greeted me by name after scanning my I.D., which I thought was nice. I was again greeted very warmly by Celina, who helped me pick out the products that I needed. There was a buy one get the second one 50% off deal, which I took advantage of. The flavor that I wanted wasn't available, but the flavor that I ended up taking home was even better! I will definitely return to LBGR and will remember to use the parking lot in the back :). read more

This used to be one of my favorite spots until the new security guard refused to take my Global Entry ID which is a government issued ID that clearly states my date of birth. I'm well over the age of 21. They need to educate their front desk on which IDs are acceptable as this one is. Unfortunately I won't be returning to this dispensary. read more

Come here for the best service and of your medicinal needs! My first experience here was like any other dispensaries: cold welcome from the "bouncers", an awkward waiting area with other bud-heads-- like it feels like others can hear what you're thinking, (amirite?) But, once you enter through those doors, you feel like a kid again, like remember that candy store called The Sweet Factory? Yeah... like that. LBGR is one of my favorite spot in the area when I'm around. ALL of the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable, very patient, and tailor to your needs. If you feel like getting you're ripped off, then 'm sure Juanito that kid with that red Mongoose from the Barrio can hook you up ;) If your flowers dry, learn to speak up to a staff/manager so they can address the issue. I mean, isn't MJ suppose to keep you calm TF down? My only issue, is when you run out of my favorite prerolls. Hehe, happy tokin' (or topical rubbing, or chugging)! read more

Good experience, no issues. Tax is included within the items of what you purchased. Employees are somewhat knowledgeable of their products, but if you're looking for something specifically geared toward medicinal purposes; I would double check the strains through leafly. Only come to smoke shops for my babes as he needs it for medicinal purposes for his chronic nerve pain and muscle spasms. Good products, few good choices of cbd strain flowers. Parking kind of sucks. read more

Jordan helped me perfectly, straight to the point and knows what she's talking about.

This is my goto spot near East Village, and while it's kind of hard to play favorites with all the World Class Budtenders on staff, Taylor makes it pretty hard not to. She has the chillest vibe and always has insight to offer with a smile. LBGR offers a fantastic selection of Highs, Mediums and Lows - depending on you budget. If you can hold out on re-upping until Fridays, everything in the store is buy 1 get 1 50% off same brand items. That's a quarter for $45 to $90 depending on your price range. What other shop beats that? read more

Things changed ! Prices have become more expensive than other places, no more discounts for seniors, only discount now is early bird special for 20 % off(?) so, no more thank you. read more

Man, there's no words to describe this type of kindness you'll get at this dispensary. The worker Alex was so kind and informational. I've been here already a few times and these people are consistent with their work and craft. However my man Alex today was killing it! Any question I had he had an answer for and he was super patient with me. I've never really done much besides pre rolls and he gave the basic run down of everything I wanted to know. Alex was super friendly and inviting, one of the best workers there. There's no better dispensary in Long Beach no debate. They have great deals everyday and the vibes of this place are immaculate! read more

I would give it no stars if that was an option, I traveled from what is considered a good distance and had everything timed just perfectly to where I would arrive 10 minutes before closing time and 5 minutes before last call which is at 9:55 PM, my ETA was on point and only to have the security guard turn off the lights at 9:51 PM then tried to push me out of the establishment and he goes on and tells us that last call is at 9:55 and it was 9:53 when I showed him the time and out of embarrassment that he was wrong he kicked us out and locked the door! This is the most unprofessional service I have ever received and I would like to write a letter to the owner so he can see what type of people are being employed in his business and the affect it can have long term with these low grade employees. read more
