By far, the coolest set up I have ever seen! When you walk in, the smoke shop is on the left and the dispensary is on the right. The staff were really nice and helpful! Every employee but 1 always gives a cash $$$ back from the transaction. The blonde female employee however, never gives any cash back. Advertised prices change when you're in the store if you use Weedmaps as most tourists do. They'll hit you with the tax at the register. Weedmaps offers the ability to list the taxes if they store is going to charge taxes (and not pay their own taxes) that can be displayed on Weedmaps. This is a marketing ploy to trap tourists who can go to many other stores in Long Beach and not pay taxes. Definitely shop around! The next place I went was much better! See review. cool door to enter in like high note in culver/inglewood. Had an issue with totaling 50% off new member deal though, they resolved it in another way. the person helping me was rushing me after I paid since three more customers entered. I was trying to review the total because the discount didn't make sense. I asked her to turn the screen around so I can do some math and she flustered and kept talking while I was looking at the screen. I didn't see a 50% on my items and she took my card and charged it already as I'm doing the math. It was suppose to be 50% off but they didn't tell me its 25% off products then 25% off taxes or something like that. I left the shop for about 10 min and sat down to review my receipt, I see that the 50% on all my pens and flowers didn't add up. See that they discounted tax. Tax was $10 so my tax was like $7-8 after. Not 50% off every item you buy. Beware. I called back and got the girl that helped me but this is when she reversed the issue on me. This is when she tells me the discount is off the tax totaling 50% discount. This is my first time hearing it. She said that no one ever complained about this deal and there's no way to fix it. She had an attitude and kept repeating herself like a record player. I went back to the shop after 10min and asked for a resolution so they sent out the nice lady and manager on duty. FALSE ADVERTISE! went this morning to get a BOGO free PLUGPLAY pod and they didn't let us because we were first time patients. then used the first time patient deal and was only able to get ONE pod and after that i couldn't make a second purchase to buy another pod which i initially went for. plugplays are usually $45 but here was $55.99 BEFORE tax and i thought okay since i'm getting BOGO free it's worth it. Def not got it for $42 with the FTP when i could've gotten it somewhere else BOGO 50% off where they give the deal. Please do not say to come in and get a pod for free with a purchase of one and then deny us when we drive all the way out there. SMH. read more

I have been going here forever and honestly am only leaving a review because I saw the recent negative reviews and had to put mine. These people are the nicest most helpful people, I come and hang out for a little sometimes just because they're chill. There's even a dog walker that always stops by and they give the dog treats! Their service is great, they are so fast, and my personal favorite is the pricing. They always have good deals and the tax is already included on the pricing.
