I've been to plenty of dispensaries... but this one has changed the game for me . I came here yesterday for the first time after passing it plenty of times, I decided to try it out, the worker amber knew all the deals and helped me so much thank you mmd and thank you amber I will be coming back! Great deals and great workers. read more

So one of the owners states that the PDF is so they stay compliant. I call BS! All you had to do was look it up on the website. If you need a PDF, print one, I don't care! Thanks for making sure your deals of the day are not hidden with tiny dates! read more

Second time there, store was really cool and big. Their selections are great. Everyone makes you feel welcomed. Great deals. Budtender Larissa read more

When I walk in the front entrance to the waiting room, the atmosphere was bright and exuberant. I didn't have to wait long at all! I got above and beyond service from Kay. She helped me find a great 7 gram of flower, some hybrid, that wasn't expensive at all. 10 out of 10 experience. Will be back. read more

I come here every once in a while and everyone is always super chill! amber helped me out today she was really nice and made everything easy. They also have good deals too! definitely recommend this spot read more

I think this the last time I'm going to come here I can get better weed & faster service elsewhere.. & this place isn't really that affordable compared to the other local dispensaries.... Everytime I come here I'm waiting at least 15 minutes to buy something this business needs more staff!!! I'll happily go to ganja room next time read more

This was my second time at this specific shop and I just want to let the owners know that there is a girl named Amber who was so sweet and so knowledgeable about all of the different strains and all of the different types of cannabis to choose from because I don't know if I told you but I'm new at this l, and she was so comforting and so kind because I really didn't know what the heck I was doing and she put me at ease made me feel extremely comfortable and just helped me through the whole process and she recommended the most wonderful product. I had the most wonderful night I can't thank MMD enough for hiring such a wonderful employee. Amber thank you so much for all your help and all your care you are the absolute best! and such a light to MMD honestly you made the experience so much more wonderful. read more

I've been coming to this place for years, I recently had a bad experience with one of their bud tenders I specified I wanted a cart from a specific brand. I received the item confidently trusting the bud tender that I received a cart . I walked out of the establishment and realized I received gummie edibles from the same brand. I understand that it was an honest mistake from both of us. I returned back to the establishment and talked to the bud tender that served me and told him what was going on and he proceeded to blame me for not checking the product. I clearly remembered that I specified the item ( CART). I Simply wanted to exchange products. The bud tender proceeds to explain to me that they don't do refunds or exchanges mind you this product was sealed. He basically made purchase the cart I originally asked for. I just wanted a simple solution to the problem. Honestly very disappointed on how they do business here definitely won't be returning. read more

The idiot behind the window wouldn't take my valid, government issued ID. Noted to never waste my time coming here again.

I love Larissa's energy! The service is always great and the staff are such wonderful people! read more

Customer Service needs improvement . Been to almost every shop in LB and these guys always got a stick up their butt or something, horrible attitude almost every time I come in. Especially bug eyes but anyway room for improvement read more

The people are SUPER NICE. It's never a bad experience!!! HOWEVER. As long as I have been coming here, it's like there is ALWAYS JUST ONE bud tender. THE wait can be unbearable if there are more than 3 people in LINE. The only reason I sometimes come here is because it's close and I don't feel like going too far sometimes. So if you are looking for a quick In and Out. THIS IS NOT THE SPOT FOR YOU!!!!!! read more

Bought a dispo a day later it starts spitting up and leaking i take it in and the manager tells me he sucked the shit out of my dispo which means he took a hit away from 1 and 2 he offered me a boof ass J for my time? I did not even get to enjoy the dispo just wasted money and time I feel robbed. They did not want to help me out. Do not shop here they scam you of your dollar back if you use card as well, the staff is really nice but the way they handle business did not satisfy me as a customer, will not be coming back read more

Came in just looking for the best bang for my buck. Another customer asked about $7 pre-rolls, and the employee said they were all gone. I could tell he was on a budget -- so I casually mentioned there's a $3 pre-roll at a nearby store that starts with a "C" (you can even see it on Weedmaps). That's when the employee jumped in and told me I was being rude for mentioning another store. Truth is -- what's actually rude is interrupting a customer's conversation and creating unnecessary drama. I wasn't being disrespectful, I was helping someone find a deal. Instead of trying to guide either of us toward better options in-store, she doubled down with unnecessary back-and-forth. That's not how you retain customers. Even worse -- she couldn't even recognize that the 7g for $48 deal wasn't the smartest choice. The better buy was clearly the buy one 3.5g for $22, get the second at 40% off, which brings 7g down to around $35 total. That's basic math. I came in doing my homework, and it felt like I knew more than the person getting paid to help. There's plenty of business out here, and being rude to customers while offering no real guidance isn't the way to keep it. I won't be returning. read more

Does not honor prices posted online. Will cancel your online order despite you already being checked in and having you waiting for nothing. Claimed order was cancelled due to promo and i would need to reorder again. I explained I did not enter a promo code when ordering entered the same order online again and received the same price that was to be paid. Its not the consumers fault if your website is applying its own discount read more

RACHEL. Visit on Sunday night 5/4/25. Customer service is definitely lacking and needs to be evaluated and rectified. It is absolutely unacceptable to treat first time customers in an unwelcoming manner. This individual did not introduce herself and did not appear confident and forthcoming. She exhibited no smile during initial walk in. A friend and I were at a bar nearby and took a chance on this place based on yelp reviews. When confronted with her unwelcoming rude demeanor Rachel took offense and instead of apologizing and reconstructing her behavior she placed blamed on me. Luc another employee helped us out and he was great but I found it inappropriate how Rachel came to the back (neglecting the front - as pointed out by Luc) eyeing me the entire time. It was also inappropriate that she was rubbing Luc's back - it is highly possible that they are dating based off her actions. We ended up being please with Luc's service and tipping him well. read more

MMD has great selections with fair prices. The first time customer sign up was super easy and parking was not bad at all. If you go there and don't know what you want. Ask for Vincent! He's knowledgeable and his positive attitude made it super easy to figure out what I wanted. read more

So they are running a "holiday special" where you receive 50% off your second eighth or pre roll. I bought 2 eights one that was $60 and one that was $40. My total was $99 after this discount. When I called to ask the general manager AILEEN about it her response was "I'm looking at your receipt and you got 50% off idk what to tell you" I almost jumped through the phone. THE PURE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH. She says you need to review your receipt which I don't have a copy of. I receive a text with a blurry copy and request for another. I find why I paid $99 and it was due to $17 in TAXES which could have easily been found and share but no she has a nasty attitude simply because I requested for clarification. Here's some advice: Thank you kindly. If you can relay to your supervisor the question at hand was if the discount was applied and the total was calculated prior to taxes or after taxes. The receipt clearly shows the total as $82.50 which was the simple amount I was asking for her to confirm. The total amount in taxes are $16.41 which is why my total was $99. The response "Idk what to tell you, you received 50% off" isn't helpful & is quite unprofessional. I appreciate your assistance & hope you can help other customer transcribe their receipt with a better approach. Treat others as you'd like to be treated it's very simple, Happy Holidays! read more

Bought a vape (1grm) week ago, not half/mid vape it just tasted so bad, like burnt or something Found this place & have been coming here at least once a week! read more

Love them! Good people, great vibe, reasonable prices.

Ordered on Weed maps, took them nearly an hour to call me to ask me to create an account on their website and pay them directly through their site (which is an asinine process).. well, then don't offer ordering on WM you imbeciles. Your website is poorly coded, not user friendly and you don't contact customers timely. It'll be 4 hours from the time I ordered to the time I get my purchase delivered. Slow service, slow minded employees, sh*t show and to top it off slightly over priced. Not worth my time or money. read more

Just want to start off by saying the staff is dope and the weed is fire. Just the delivery service is kind of wack. I live about 11 min away from the shop but unfortunately they pick and choose their delivery orders and prioritize the closest... not based on what time you ordered. They are supposedly short handed of drivers but still isn't right to leave the ones hanging just because we're not closer. Don't provide the service to further locations if you can't organize it correctly is all I'm saying. I pulled myself from this store due to this. Found another in north side shop that delivered within 20 min. read more

This place is great. Their prices are way reasonable and the specials rock. The low delivery minimum is fabulous too.

Just left. Got everything I wanted. Super helpful. Wish everyone was like Luke. He knows what the best is. & to top it off he's handsome lol

Fantastic fast delicious scrumptious relaxation. This is where I come to get my delectable delicacies . Professional great suggestions.

Very nice clinic it is clean and the service is great from the person at the window to the bud tenders. The weed is a little pricey and it's taxed so don't expect to get a 20 dollar 8th. Luie helped me out and he was very patient with me and made me feel at ease alotta bud tenders make you feel rushed but he was very sweet. I came in to try the binske but he recommended the hotbox 8th, it was a great choice. I definitely will be coming back. read more

Don't spend your money in a place where they are going to act like they have better things to do then service you .... Out of the 4 employees standing in the sales room with me the only one to greet me was the SECURITY GUARD .... this includes the manger that walked past me and a sales person that literally looked at me turned around and went the other way. ... I WOULD HAVE ORDERED INSTEAD BY DELIVERY IS A JOKE I LIVE DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET AND THEY CANCEL MY ORDER 80% of the time. Overall HATE IT HERE ... Not even worth the convenience at this point.... read more

There were so many dispensaries to choose from in the area but I'm so glad I ended up at this one. MMD checked me in quick and when I got to the back I was greeted right away with a super knowledgeable bud tender who helped me pick out a half gram oil that I really enjoyed and wish I could buy again if I wasn't already back home in Sacramento. I also wanted a pre roll and was pointed in the right direction on some Sour Diesel that was priced really cheap. I was happy she never tried to sell me on stuff that would leave me shaking my head at how much I spent. Being that it was my first time I was given a 20% discount which is amazing. This place is beautiful on the inside and really inviting on the outside. If I lived closer I would be there all the time. Thanks guys! read more

MMD has a good selection; great specials and deals and the staff is super helpful. Also, prices are reasonable. Unlike a lot of other dispensaries in the area, parking isn't terrible. Not a sketch part of town either The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I only wish they had a little more variety. read more

These guys are great! Go here. it's making me like a really long review to not have it be posted as a tip so this is just some filler text that is completely unnecessary but will hopefully add as a review. read more

This is a great spot. They have everything you need and a first class staff. Lucky is very knowledgeable about all of the products and also keep the staff well informed. As a very well seasoned medical shopper wanting to try new local sports out for the first time, We decided to hit up MMD. For a first time patient and walking out without buying anything and infact throwing my first time patient discount card away in the trash was not what I was expecting when I saw this place and wanted to check it out. The receptionist was not professional. She was yelling through the microphone so loud at us like we couldn't comprehend what she was saying. Finally after waiting, we entered the shop and stood there waiting while 3 people counted their drawer in front of us (who counts a money drawer in front of clients at a medical shop?) and another guy closing out a transaction. We decided to take a look around. Their display case was everything but appealing. No brand jars on display, just crappy little clear containers with a kindergarten style label next to it. Definitely not up to par with the surrounding shops. Their prices weren't even all that great compared to how basic this shop was. We came in to shop for ourselves and for our senior dog who is now having arthritis issues. The guy behind the counter who decided to help was very uneducated about the products he was selling. He was basically telling me that these 5mg cbd dog treats were better than select's 750mg cbd tincture. Then when I asked him why he thought they were better he said "my dog likes them". Not surprised by his answer considering he was so high he could barely hold himself up and was leaning hardcore on the counter to try to explain what he didn't know. But in all seriousness, select is a leading brand in the industry and was a higher sale... why would anyone choose 5mg over 750mg especially since there was no THC involved to compromise the ratio of active cbd. #1 your job is to sell medical marijuana in all forms. Know your product! #2 don't get so high that you can't even perform your job properly. We aren't chilling on a couch bruh! We are serious patients who drop a lot of money on great products if you can sell them. #3 I'm not looking for what tastes good to my dog. I'm looking to help her recover and ease her pain. You know, the whole reason why it's given the label as "medical". This was by far one of the worst experiences I've had at a dispensary ever. Maybe they have good bud, but their business ethics sucks and well, I'm there to be sold on amazing products, not to school the people who should know the products and walk out with the feeling of disgust. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time. Long Beach has better places to offer with better deals and better tenders who are knowledgeable on their products. read more
