I just got a fat oz of greasy mids for a price I can't believe. I was skeptical after looking at the menu, but this is the best spot I have found so far. Free delivery, free gifts in your order, everything is discounted, and the quality is on point. I got so much more than I expected! Definitely calling back soon and often. #BLM read more

Change in direction of services. It is amazing once a company realizes service is what keeps people coming back

I have ordered from this delivery service off and on for about 6-7 months. I have had MULTIPLE deliveries (Lol... hey don't judge me!), and have not been disappointed yet. In fact the Customer Service has only gotten better and a couple of perks along the way make me want to continue with this service!! The Jack Herrer, Apple Fritter (my favorite), and Sour Diesel are my go to. I have a few others that I purchased but have yet to try them. I'm sure I won't be disappointed. ABC=Above and Beyond Customer Care. I'm more than satisfied! Oh, the edibles are also good and potent! Did I mention the prices are RIDICULOUSLY REASONABLE?!! For EVERYTHING! Yea... GET YOU SOME! read more

Great service and great product had my stuff delivered within an hour of ordering 5 stars

I love this delivery service when I dont feel like going into a dispensary. They are very quick usually and communication is easy. One time I was unhappy with a product and let them know. I wasn't expecting anything out of it but the next time I ordered they remembered me and hooked it up. That's the kind of service that keeps people coming back. 10/10 read more

My first time ordering via delivery, and it was near closing time but I gave these guys a call and the guy was super friendly and patient! I wanted a sativa pre-roll and he recommended Space Queen and yellow lambo. I got 2 space queens and he threw in a complimentary one, PLUS he treated me to a yellow lambo just so I could try it out. Sweet guy!! Driver was prompt, came within 30mins. The blunts were amazing, smooth and clean. Took em to Vegas with us and had a great time :) Thank you so much, I'll definitely be back for more! :) read more

I just recently moved to Long Beach and was in search of a new dispensary. I actually did quite a bit of searching on Yelp before landing on ABC Collective. Many of the other dispensaries felt overpriced, so ABC Collective initially caught my eye with their affordable pricing. However, their customer service proved to be just as good as well. Getting signed up with them was a breeze as I just had to text a couple photos of my ID, I was able to place my order via text in just a few minutes, and my driver showed up an hour later. 2nd update: we just realized we got NO NAMES during this... the employees 100% blew us off after they knew we were pissed.... UPDATE!: got nothing for it being beyond late, when other times they did for being a just a smidge off time.... no apologies just a side remark of "its only a ETA we dont control the time" when its your job to manage and not overbear your drivers... (driver wasnt masked either.....WTF PEOPLE!!) this shit was outrageous! not ordering from them EVER again!! have no reason to once i get treated like shit with your "customer service" which is what you were known for.... i would not take this ordering food or even in a shop in person!! they gave up texting back as well..... wont even try to apologies and thats why this rant is REALLY here, they were disrespectful from texts at the start and wont even bother saying "sorry we couldn't deliver in a timely fashion or communicate properly. " START HERE!! We bought from them multiple times and didn't have any issues until it came to two things. 1: getting a SOLID ETA... cause they over booked their driver on deliveries.... 2: how to handle a situation where your at fault for being beyond late..... my "review" is below! orders weed, they say 60-90... OK! THANK YOU!! 90 minutes later... yeah its going to be AT LEAST another 45 minutes.... oh and don't try texting to get some solid info cause they will be happy to give you 1 of 3 time slots from a hat!! thanks abcdelivery you'll get my yelp star! read more

I use ABC weekly and they are always on point with communicating with you, updates, and product replacements and recommendations. The drivers are punctual and the only time they made a mistake which took much much longer than expected they more than made up for the wait in product and I really appreciated that customer service read more

ABC has been my go to for fast flower in the LBC for 3 years! aways clutch with the prices and service!!

Firstly,great product...Always satisfies...Prompt response to Texts with accurate ETA L...Courtious drivers A++

I'm not one to do a review unless the service was extra special or an unfortunate experience. Well these folks deserve a big thumbs down after using there delivery last night. As a first time customer I was offered a 20% or a free gram. I opted for the free gram however in the morning I realized I never received the free gram. I contacted ABC and let them know of the mistake and they gave me nothing but excuses of the reasons why it happened and that "the next time I purchase" they would take care of it! What?! Who's going to remember "next time"?? Then they proceeded to blame the pandemic on the reasons they can't service their NEW customer. As a customer I shouldn't have to wait " until I spend more money to get WHAT THEY OFFERED. As someone who has worked in customer service my entire life I have a problem when a company does offer a solution where they take care of the customer without putting it back on the customer to deal with. Too bad!! I'm sure other deliveries will appreciate my business. read more

ABC Weed Delivery - Excuses - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me

They've always been awesome! Always deliver on time. And the drivers are friendly as well as the people on the phone!

I have been a medical cannabis patient for over a decade and I have to say that ABC is by far the best delivery service I have encountered. Their medicine is very competitively prices, their customer is unrivaled and the time in which I receive my mess is more than appropriate. I don't find myself waiting all day. I have to recommend their selection of quality concentrates at very compassionate price points. They have never disappointed me and I'm sure never will. I just used ABC for the first time and this was he best service I have ever used. First of all, they have the best deals!!! Second, when I ordered, they responded to me super quickly. They were very helpful and friendly. The delivery came and it was also very fast. I was told they had a high order level that day and there may be a delay, which I appreciated knowing, but not only was the delay within the hour, they arrived early. The delivery driver was clearly so conscientious about with being careful about the spread of germs! He was wearing gloves and was careful. Finally and most importantly the quality of their product was outstanding. Total package. Great deals; great customer service; speedy delivery; amazing quality. Customer for life! Oh and as a first time customer I was even given a little welcome surprise!!!! read more

I've been a consumer of ABC products for over a year and they've been my go-to (get-from) providers because I can rely on the quality, reliability and value without any hassles or even the need to drive somewhere. I can always trust in what I'm getting. It's like "FDA-Approved" only not. Not yet, anyway. Superior service is a free gram for being ten minutes late. I may be under the influence as I write this but quality knows no stress and you can appreciate that*. So as long as they maintain that high quality product, timely delivery and there's no badges, baddies or goons lurking in the background, they'll have a loyal customer. read more

I really wanted this to be my go-to place because it would've been super convenient for me. I gave this business several tries but the customer service lacked every time. The owner did not seem all that interested in answering any of my questions. A little appreciation for customers go a long way -especially during a pandemic. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere. read more

Spent time speaking with a gentleman named Sam who was extremely awesome in explaining the benefits of CBD oil for my wife's ailments and arthritis. ABC has been my go-to spot for a couple months now. I love the variety and specials that they consistently offer.

If I could give no stars I would . I ordered tonight around 7:50 got a confirmation text saying I would get a call from a driver with an ETA , never received that at 9 I realized it's been a min since I ordered and haven't heard anything back called and no one would answer because they were closed ... 2 hours later I have decided to walk somewhere before all the dispensaries near me are closed . Very very unprofessional and very disappointed . I'm not even the type to do a yelp review never have done one but I'm just so pissed right now . Ughhh never again read more
