I have ordered from this delivery service off and on for about 6-7 months. I have had MULTIPLE deliveries (Lol... hey don't judge me!), and have not been disappointed yet. In fact the Customer Service has only gotten better and a couple of perks along the way make me want to continue with this service!! The Jack Herrer, Apple Fritter (my favorite), and Sour Diesel are my go to. I have a few others that I purchased but have yet to try them. I'm sure I won't be disappointed. I can't get a simple text answered In a reasonable amount of time. (Ten minutes is not reasonable...if I have three questions, that's a half hour conversation...) I'm not one to do a review unless the service was extra special or an unfortunate experience. Well these folks deserve a big thumbs down after using there delivery last night. As a first time customer I was offered a 20% or a free gram. I opted for the free gram however in the morning I realized I never received the free gram. I contacted ABC and let them know of the mistake and they gave me nothing but excuses of the reasons why it happened and that "the next time I purchase" they would take care of it! What?! Who's going to remember "next time"?? Then they proceeded to blame the pandemic on the reasons they can't service their NEW customer. As a customer I shouldn't have to wait " until I spend more money to get WHAT THEY OFFERED. As someone who has worked in customer service my entire life I have a problem when a company does offer a solution where they take care of the customer without putting it back on the customer to deal with.
