Im honestly surprised this place only has 4 stars at the time of this post. The team there always makes me feel taken care of. I got a new cartridge on Friday, a new battery on Saturday, and by Sunday (today) something wasn't working. I thought it was the cartridge. They replaced my cartridge and were really nice about it. I'm awkward in these situations like "no I swear I'm not trying to rip off your store". Get back in my car, drive away for it to still not work. Turn around, and turns out I was wrong and the problem WAS the battery. They were so nice and understanding. Replaced my battery as well. No fuss at all. I love the product and I love the staff. Kings crew just converted to Stiiizy franchise- terrible, terrible, terrible, rude, illiterate, bad tenders... almost impossible to see if flowers are sativa or Indica so a bed tender, tried to help me and ended up selling me flowers. I did not want completely different than what I asked for Went back and the next incredibly rude blood tender had the nerve to say to me "oh I never smoke this so I don't know anything about this"kind" parenthetically meaning that I was buying less than top shelf product... What a jerk... absolutely no idea how to treat customers... Now virtually ended all customer appreciation Programs... I used to really like this spot. Been coming here for a little bit over a year since it was recommended to me by a Deli Caliva budtender in Bellflower since this location is a part of the same network of dispensaries and closer to where I live. But recently, idk what has happened. When I went in a few months ago, back in July, there was a budetender who totally messed up my order and scanned higher priced extracts in my order that I didn't request. When I had told her that I was incorrectly charged more (since they don't charge tax and I keep tabs of the prices of what I'm buying as I'm ordering) she said no, that it's correct. So I asked her to cancel the transaction and re-scan all the items in my bag. She refused and tried to argue that everything was correct so I paid. I got the receipt. I dumped out all the extracts I actually had in the bag in the counter and showed her exactly how she messed up. She had to get a someone else above her to fix her mistake and give me my refund. This transaction that should've taken all of 5 mins turned into a 30 min ordeal because that employee refused to listen to someone who didn't want to be overcharged. The person who was supposed to fix it still overcharged me ~$5 but whatever. This is why I don't tip at dispensaries bc one way or another, they milk more out of you. Today (10/28/25), another situation occurred with their security guard, Francisco. Skinny, Latino guy with glasses comes up to my car while I'm simply on my phone in the parking lot. Not smoking or even touching my purchase. Tells me I'm not allowed to smoke. I asked him, where do you see or smell the smoke?? He continues to say you can't hang out and smoke and sometimes people try to do that. I tell him ok?? I've spent THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS here in the last year and that I can read and that I still wasn't smoking. Also, this blind security could see me in the parking lot bc I was parked right in front of the building. I get out of the car and go inside and request the manager to report what just happened. Manager/budtender didn't care. When I left, Francisco la puta was smirking and laughing. So it's safe to say, if you don't mind being harassed and then taunted after dropping a couple hundred dollars here, this is the place for you. As for my wife and me, we're going to take our hard-earned, stoner money to another establishment outside of the Caliva/coastal/varna family that doesn't trip over customers/patients innocently using their phone in the parking lot before they go to their next destination and can actually use a register correctly. Treat your customers like humans instead of criminals and train your staff better!! read more

There's a first time for everything! We drive by this location often and we always want to stop by so we finally made it happen. This was my very first time at a dispensary so I didn't really know what to expect. The check in process is definitely lengthier than I imagined but not unbearable. They have a wide selection of product. I was going specifically for edibles and felt there was a variety to choose from. The sales people were friendly and offered their help. Beware!!! I have been a loyal customer for years. Sadly, today was my last visit. Last night, I went in with a product in mind. When I asked the tall, skinny black guy for the product, he suggested GRAMLIN. I asked him if it was comparable to the GOLD FLORA, and he said the Gramlin was also their brand and, in his opinion, a better product. I told him I needed it for sleep, and he recommended the CREAM PIE. He even said he smoked it, and it was good. I trusted him and made the purchase. I was so exhausted from the days Christmas festivities I went straight home to relax. I opened the bag, and when I reached in and felt the flower, it was dry and felt like there was a crust on it. I smelled it, and to me, it smelled like old lady perfume was sprayed on it. I put a couple of pieces in the grinder, took one twist, and it disintegrated and turned to dust. I tried to smoke it, but it was so harsh, and the aftertaste of perfume was so off-putting, but the fact that I couldn't keep a buzz. Take a hit, and it was like, "Wait for it... wait for it...NOPE! So I had been told in the past by a white guy with the long beard that If I had a problem, just bring back the unused portion, and they would make it right. Today, that did not happen. "I'm really sorry" does not replace $72.00 in BAD PRODUCT! I BOUGHT 1/4, and they replaced it with an 1/8 with $35.00 of credit I already had in the store. The manager kept my $42. and said there's NOTHING SHE CAN DO ABOUT IT! I am a disabled senior who KINGS CREW took advantage of. They don't value my business or loyalty as a long-time customer. The GM said he was sorry and then used the excuse that they don't bag the product. I was also told the rules concerning exchange and / or refund were due to TO MANY PRODUCTS BEING RETURNED. LOOK $42. is not the issue. I spend more money than that for lunch. I feel taken advantage of and lied to. I feel the product was misrepresented to me and sold to me because it was old. my experience has always been great here. I first came without any idea of what to look at or any knowledge really, but i was referred to try edibles for my very stressful job. There's a good sized parking lot available, staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable on product & your overall needs. I'm always in and out fast here. That alone got me reeled in. The workers are constantly asking if you need help and they answered all the questions I had in order to cater to my preferences. It's spacious, clean, and looks like a modern museum almost haha. Security checks your ID before entering, and workers check your ID again before you enter the room with all the products. I love love love the deal of 1/8 of Pacific Stone (805 sour strain) for $15 because it's one of the best prices I've ever gotten before and it gets the deed done. I've also gotten 1/4 of Pacific Stone (banjo strain) for $30 which was a good strain too. I've tried one of my friend's edibles she bought from here too, which was a Coda brand of lychee & cucumber flavored gummies and it was delicious. I've also bought the $5 joints and cannabis root beer before, and all were very impressive and worth!
