Selection is limited compared to other Catalyst locations (like the one on Cherry). The set up is frustrating because you can't look at the items while standing in line. When it's your turn to order, you feel pressured to make choices as quickly as possible (because there is a massive line behind you). The workers rarely acknowledge how long the line is and how frustrating the wait can be for customers. Put simply, the wait times at this location are ridiculous. Maybe they're short staffed? I don't know what the problem is, but I really hope they get it together soon. I live in DTLB, but I gladly travel elsewhere to get my MJ.
