Maggie, great customer service. You definitely made me and my friend feel welcomed. There was a guy inside working behind the counter that ended coming up to me asking if I needed assistance. He had a better attitude and demeanor. That guy and Maggie are the only reason why I gave this place 2 stars. They don't do anything special for first timers; pretty disappointing. l won't be coming back here.

Throughout that time, I have had positive experiences with every employee except for one. This is the second time I have been assisted by Lorena, and on both occasions, I found her behavior to be unprofessional. During my previous visit, I asked a question about a product, and she responded by laughing instead of providing a helpful answer. During my visit today, I asked about a promotion I had just seen displayed on the TV. Rather than answering my question, she responded rudely and pointed me to a different promotion. When I explained that I wanted to show her the specific promotion I was referring to, she laughed again. I ultimately walked away because I felt uncomfortable and did not understand why she continued laughing while assisting me. In addition to the repeated laughter, her attitude when I asked about the promotion came across as dismissive and unhelpful. As someone who works in customer service, I understand the importance of treating customers with respect and being knowledgeable about current promotions. This experience did not meet those expectations and left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers receive the professional and respectful service they deserve.

They are not the only shop not celebrating but I was not able to get really good service. What day should I come back for the best deal ? Today was one extra gram. I settled for a random strain. There were no nugs. They didn't bump the price. I was OK until some lady actually commented how I am paying full price for shake. I came back to get a business card and I stumbled out the door both times. The bud tender apologized for being interrupted by me leaving I guess ?? You are not superior to me and it was actually awkward with the service I had received and the communication skills of everyone in the room. I haven't tried the strain yet but honestly I don't like becoming anxious about places. Not exactly professional. So my point is that it would only get up to three stars because I would never really go there for much else than something small

Then it was really uncomfortably dark before we get to the main room. Once we get to the main room there is plenty of body space. However when we looked at the products they didn't have much. The flower products they had weren't worth the cost of what they were selling. Then the budtender didn't have much knowledge of the product. So we bought some flower and a vape product (Stiiizy) then went on our way. When I opened my vape product I noticed the product has been opened and that the cartridge inside was fake. Also, the bud sucked and had way too much stems. If anyone reads these I suggest you find another place to buy your flower. There are other spots in Compton that are way better. Let's see if I can still get free 3 joints for posting a review

No matter how many dollars in rewards I receive for spending my hard-earned money, rewards don't make up for feeling unwelcome or disrespected. Customer service matters. Respect matters.
