I just left Catalyst and man, it was quicker than I thought! Didn't know Raw Garden had a promotion. Thank you so much for helping Shay I'll definitely be coming back. read more

Jamil was not a great representation for the store. Jamil assisted my friend in purchasing his product, but missed bringing the passion one has when selling weed. Maggie, great customer service. You definitely made me and my friend feel welcomed. There was a guy inside working behind the counter that ended coming up to me asking if I needed assistance. He had a better attitude and demeanor. That guy and Maggie are the only reason why I gave this place 2 stars. They don't do anything special for first timers; pretty disappointing. l won't be coming back here. read more

Megan, Red And Brennan ARE THE BESTTTT! Ive been coming to catalyst for years, I previously went to the flower location but this one is closer and has faster service. I appreciate the way they approach you with patience and a smile no matter how busy they are. They are attentive and do a great job explaining products and their effects to customers. I will continue bringing friends here because of them. read more

Megan was awesome and helps me out everytime I come. Love shopping here. Highly recommend whether online or in person

I literally went the last 10 mins and had to physical card before entering. I asked if they took tap and she told me yes then waited in line picked my things that I wanted to get to only go to the register and that they don't take tap for Chase Bank. They should have just said that they don't take tap. The communication needs to be better. read more

great spot for deals and everyone is friendly shout out Sheida !! highly recommend for everyone's needs

So my girl and I have been here a few times and it is our spot after having Jamil help us. We went on Christmas and we saw him working and loved his enthusiasm and knowledge. We hoped we were going to get him as there was a long line and many budtenders. But we got lucky and had the pleasure of getting him. He helped us with the deals and even sold something to us for regular price! We will continue going here as long as Jamil is here! read more

Went this morning to pick up an online order and dude on register 5 shorted me change. Don't come here.

Sheida! Appreciate your kindness. So helpful you made my morning better. They always treat me so well here.

This is my go to spot. I appreciate the speed and the quality of work. Also want to shout out management and the employees there. They always keep the line moving. There was an accident accidentally not receiving a pre-roll. And all I did was call back and they had pushed me priority to get my payroll and on top of that given me a free extra one This establishment is very good deals, sales every day, I value the selections of product they have from edibles and pre-rolls everything. Everything is delicious. Shout out to NICK and management thank you stay blessed read more

In and out atmosphere not much space Inside. They must stock some of the best cart brands Coldfire & Flavorade. Picked up Raw Garden instead. Cyrogenic Extraction over Distillate. Staff were very friendly and helpful read more

I don't know what these other people are talking about. The service is great always greeted with a smile. The selection is good as well especially for the price you can't beat it. I love the Rozen at affordable prices. Also, The Flower is good as well. read more

I must share an exceptional experience on Christmas Day at this location. The associate helping name was Megan. She greeted with the best smile and warm welcome. Megan was extremely knowledgeable about several different products I have questions about. She was efficient when checking me out. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you Catalyst for being open and having incredible people working in your store. I'll definitely be back to this location! read more

I love catalyst but this branch sucks. They won't hold your order and expect you to come in and read signs every week instead of just putting it on the order email. Staff was also rude. The manager was so rude. Just go to lakewood. They're the best. I was so excited when they opened too but the service is subpar. read more

I want to start by saying that I frequent this location and mjuice is my go to brand for carts. Also this has occurred in a few carts, it's just the first one I bothered to say something about. I've been told on multiple occasions that if I received a defective cart that I would be helped in some way. Today I brought in a cart with about a third of the oil just stuck at the top unusable, tried spinning it, leaving it upright, nothing gets the oil to the bottom of the cart where it is useable. Nick, the assistant gm, was anything but helpful. He stated that the cart was basically empty and that he couldn't help me because of "protocol". This was after the other bud tender, lady with red hair, took a look at my cart and said "let me get you with a manager but you'll definitely be able to get something done about that". I'm not going to stop going here, many of the bud tenders know me by name and preference and I don't think this is representative of them as a whole. I hope something is done about this this, it's not fun feeling shamed in front of staff and customers because I'm asking for them to own what I've been told they would do in this instance, many times. Thank you for reading. read more

Catalyst - Lynwood - Cart with oil stuck at top - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Lynwood, California

Service was quick. There was a line to the second entrance door but it went pretty quick. We bought a cart and some flower of theirs. They had some pretty good deals going on too at the time. read more

The service and items they serve are amazing. Their parking lot is a fucking joke. All those that have pickups, the size of their mamas, need to try a different location. No hate to catalyst, just hate putting myself in a horrible situation just to pick up my order. Yes, I parked where I could read more

Best shop in the area!!!! Large selection and probably the best prices !!! Only thing that ruins the experience is being tended by a particular tender her silence makes you feel awkward and she can't even say thank you when you've left a tip I've left one twice and she doesn't have the common courtesy to atleast say thanks do better girl !!! She was there yesterday 7/16 in the evening read more

Good selection of flower at this location. Staff always friendly and store is always clean. I will be coming back.

I would put no star if I was able to I came in as a tourist with my foreign ID my age meets requirements but they were more worried about my height and I couldn't go in due to that.. I surely went to another location (Figueroa) and they let me in I feel like the girl upfront with glasses was just being racist towards me but whatever I'll never be going back read more

Please please please have people who know the product or at least try to know what they sell i'm a local and look forward to sticking around but man I wish it wouldn't be hard since the first day you guys opened I have had a less than handful of good experiences love the selection love the brand but customer service needs to improve drastically read more

I came here pretty often, they gave me a bad edible which made throw up and they wouldn't refund or exchange it for me. Terrible service tbh, the one in bellflower is much better and management fixes mistakes like that. Their managers care about customers read more
