I asked if they took tap and she told me yes then waited in line picked my things that I wanted to get to only go to the register and that they don't take tap for Chase Bank. I love catalyst but this branch sucks. They won't hold your order and expect you to come in and read signs every week instead of just putting it on the order email. Staff was also rude. I want to start by saying that I frequent this location and mjuice is my go to brand for carts. Also this has occurred in a few carts, it's just the first one I bothered to say something about. I've been told on multiple occasions that if I received a defective cart that I would be helped in some way. Today I brought in a cart with about a third of the oil just stuck at the top unusable, tried spinning it, leaving it upright, nothing gets the oil to the bottom of the cart where it is useable. Nick, the assistant gm, was anything but helpful. He stated that the cart was basically empty and that he couldn't help me because of "protocol". This was after the other bud tender, lady with red hair, took a look at my cart and said "let me get you with a manager but you'll definitely be able to get something done about that". I'm not going to stop going here, many of the bud tenders know me by name and preference and I don't think this is representative of them as a whole. I hope something is done about this this, it's not fun feeling shamed in front of staff and customers because I'm asking for them to own what I've been told they would do in this instance, many times.
